I placed an order just over two weeks ago worth around £350 and have still received no meaningful update or delivery.
Since ordering, I’ve received two rather vague emails. The first said my order was being packed and may already have shipped, and the second—sent a few days later—stated that “some orders” were experiencing delays. Neither email included my order number, which suggests they were generic automated messages rather than genuine updates about my order.
This gives the impression that the company may be using automated communications to buy time, which is unfortunately common with drop-shipping businesses that present themselves as UK-based but ship from overseas.
I also contacted customer services and received an automated reply stating I would be contacted within 48 hours. It has now been well over that timeframe and I have still received no response at all.
At this point I have no order update, no response from customer service, and no indication of when or if the order will arrive. If I don’t hear anything by tomorrow, I will be contacting my credit card company to request a chargeback/refund.
Very disappointing experience so far.

Absolutely poor service
Absolutely poor service , 3 weeks to deliver , the 1st pair the zip broke on the 3rd day , 2nd pair the stitching ripped on the pocket on the 1st day , it’s taken another 3 weeks dealing with customer services,they refused a refund because they had be worn !!!! Currently awaiting replacement pairs to be sent out , but various email requesting pictures of damage and pictures of labels etc , all just delaying tactics, personally I think it’s all a SCAM

Ordered 3 pairs of pants. Although some reviews said the delivery from China took a long time as I was in no rush to receive them so made the order. Delivery was less than 10 days. Comfort and fit was very good. Worn and washed a few times. Up to now I am really happy with the purchase and would order more. Even saved one pair that I use for walking. Genuine review from a renovator. How they will wear remains to be seen.

These trousers are the opposite of the advertisement.
They fall down just enough so you can’t lift your leg up, not waterproof, they tear easily and shipped from China. These are on Temu and rightly so cheaper.
I’m sure they wasn’t tested by the SAS either.
Waste of money.

Warning Avoid
The trousers broke the first time I wore them. These things happen sometimes but the customer service was horrendous. I still have a broken pair of trousers, no replacements no refund. I have reported this company to trading standard. Avoid this terrible company.

Everything seemed fine at first from looking at the website. In hindsight I should’ve checked the reviews here first.
This is clearly a dropshipping scam that is disguised as well made, high quality clothing and fast delivery.
The items get shipped to their warehouse from China so you will have to wait a long time for your order. The items do not match the description or the images whatsoever. The quality is terrible, will not last long until things fall apart and rip.
When I emailed them about how long the order was taking to even get dispatched they said it was because “it’s a busy period” this is a straight up lie it’s because it’s getting flown in from the other side of the planet.

These trousers appear to be well made
These trousers appear to be well made. I've worn them for a week and they just keep getting more comfortable; they were slightly stiff at first. They are a close fit for me, I have wide thighs, and the waist and length are true. Pockets are good. Nice depth. Two zipped pockets on front thighs good for mobile phone, but zip opening is on just wide enough to get my hand in. Delivered in good time. Very satisfied so far. Will see how they are wearing in a few months.

Two stars because I actually received something for my money. That’s unfortunately where the good news finishes.
I bought two pairs of trousers with their ‘Buy one get one free offer’ which seems to be constantly available despite the anxiety inducing ‘24-hour-only’ countdown on the website.
It’s taken a month to the day to receive the goods. The website states True Tailor are a UK-based company, shipping with Royal Mail and delivering their products within approx a week of ordering. Do not believe this nonsense. It is a fabrication to try and align themselves with actual high-quality companies; of which True Tailor definitely are not.
After waiting weeks and weeks and getting frustrated with the non-existent customer service, I decided to do a little deep dive on the company.
Given the name of the company, you’d be forgiven for thinking this is a legit business that’s put hundreds of hours into R&D, improving the product with each bit of feedback and selling something that will truly stand the test of time - or at least the work site, as they claim.
The reality is quite the opposite. This ‘business’ is a 20-something year old kid who dropships below-par clothing from China. I’m sorry but that is it. Do your own digging on Companies House and it’s all there in black and white, along with other similar businesses that, I presume, are just as low quality and disappointing.
I opened one pair of trousers after getting home from my workshop, and you can instantly tell the poor quality from a mile off. The trousers are super thin, the stitching is frayed and all over the place. The sizing is way off - I bought a large (usually a 34W) and these are super tight.
There is no branding on them at all, just some generic Chinese name on the button. Even if these did fit I would not be bothering to try them. I’ve got plenty of high-quality walking and work trousers (Dewalt, Scruffs, Mountain Equipment, Revolution Race, Rab etc) which do all have a price attached, but for good reason.
The quality is absolutely night and day. PLEASE don’t waste your time or money. I’m sure this drop shipping business will make the owner a bit of money while it lasts, until the reviews catch up with him.
Buy something decent from a reputable company!

These pants are good
These pants are good. Solid, well made and exactly what they say. The fleece lining makes them very warm. Probably too warm after winter. I went a size up as I have bigger thighs and it was the right thing to do as they are very fitted. I also bought the belt which wasn’t the same quality as the pants and broke as I pulled to tight.

Truly a game changer
Truly a game changer. I'm a jobbing plumber and have worn DeWalt, Dickies, Apache etc. These are lightweight, comfortable, durable and they don't lose their shape and start sliding down your legs towards the end of a tough day. Fantastic. Will be ordering more and will probably look into updating my shorts now Spring has sprung. Cheers guys.
