Great costumer experience. I ordered the First Aid Quick Reference Guide, and before they posted it, one of the team members contacted me, offering flexible solutions to personalize this guide to the company I work for. Altogether this is a great product, and it can literally be a life saver.

I'll be honest, I used to dread first aid courses. In my experience they have been boring and long winded, yet I always knew how important the content was.
I have recently completed a 2 day re-qual with the training co and I soon realised why previous courses had been boring....it all comes down the delivery from the tutor.
I had a tutor called Matthew Cooke and he was incredible. Very engaging, very funny and was absolutely full to the brim of knowledge and experience. There's nothing he didn't know off the top of his head. There were no power points to guide him through his delivery of the course, he knew everything in the highest of detail.
He made the course fun and relevant to our workplaces.
I then left the course with a whole different mindset of first aid courses.

Fast service and personal touch

Matt Cooke was an amazing trainer and motivated the whole class at all times (he delivered the course to Sandwell Council).

Initially I was dreading doing a 3 day course but it flew by as Matt was enthusiastic and an excellent tutor. He would recap things a few times to make sure we absorbed the information (both theory and practical).

Matt even explained the root causes of symptoms to give us that wider understanding in order to help people better, and he explained it in the simplest manner so that we understood. No other first aider trainer has ever done this.

Great product, sensibly priced. Arrived within estimated delivery time. Would highly recommend as a supplier.

Bank account name was missing on order form and wasn't obvious ... needing contact with the sales team to complete the purchase. But otherwise, good price and quick delivery.

The overall service was great however my item wasn't in stock after I ordered. I received an email and requested a refund due to requiring the item sooner than mentioned in the email.

I recently carried out my first aid at work requalification and it was amazing. Matthew Cooke the trainer was so enthusiastic and made the whole experience so enjoyable and memorable for everyone. I learnt so much valuable and useful information. I feel so confident in my knowledge and skills going forward. I will definitely be recommending this training. Matt was brilliant!
