I was charged for a subscription I didn’t sign up for and have not been able to get my money back. Do not use this site.

They all did the same thing.

June 9, 2025 update - no refund yet as promised. Just lots of emails asking me to remove this post.

I have received excellent service from Emerald, in securing my refund and extremely happy with the quality of service provided.

Worst fudging* nightmare of a scam. There are several related websites (like toyshopgo and this and I guess several others) sharing the same company.

They make it hard to delete contact details and just set up another scam website trying to charge you.

THIS COMPANY AND ALSO FUNKIDSHOW ARE SCAMMERS. I paid carparking though my Ringo app and next thing I know I am signed up to subscriptions for both companies! I have no interest in these companies and there is no reason for me to sign up knowingly. I cancelled the subscriptions within an hour and received confirmation of my cancellation but they continue to take money from my account, refuse to reimburse me and say they can continue to take money from me during the "14 day cancellation period". I believe they also blackmail other people who have fallen foul of them by offering to refund their money subject to a good review being put on Trustpilot! Please beware of both these companies.

I did have a problem of not understand the subscription for the toy box and Imani assistant me through the whole process and made sure that I understand everything.
