Topscent have still not refunded

I have written a review and Topscent kept on taking funds from account and each time they say they are going to refund my money they don't.
Its been months now but each time they ask to me remove my review to make it positive then the will refund... what kind of a bribe is that> They do not live up to their word and just wants to see good reviews on their site, when in fact they do this with all their l clients. I will not remove y review as client should know what they are about.

My customer service experience was good…

My customer service experience was good as I was contacted by the escalation manager Emerald apologising for my bad experience I had and promising to make it right. Definitely didn't expect this as I thought nothing would come from this.
