Great experience from start to finish. I was asked to organise a full kit for a new team and I felt like I was hitting my head against a brick wall until I came across The Team Stop, they helps me out from start to finish with things like Sizings and logos and the finished product is better than we ever expected and well within budget. Already planning the away kit now.

Not just a good product but A* service to match.

We recently changed kit suppliers and The Team Stop have been fantastic to get us set up with a Club Store, our own bespoke kits and designs. We have recently had a number of kit deliveries across multiple teams and impressed with the quality, the high level of service, and the value. We highly recommend The Team Stop and thanks to Darren who is our account manager and also Dale.

Kit supplier for our grassroots team. Very impressed with recent customer service e and supply. The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because of teething problems related to a rapidly expanding company. Their growth and success is testament to the service they provide. The kits are top quality. Our club account manager Darren R. Is brilliant. Attentive, responsive, and always ready to serve. We’re lucky to have him. A few issues with supply but this is from Adidas and not TheTeamStops fault. Keep up the good work Dazza, Callum, Rachael, Dale and team.

Used theteamstop following recommendations from a local FC. Couldn't have faulted Darren, great communication and support through the sponsorship and order process. Once the order was all confirmed the kit was ready in no time, I think it was less than a week. Collection was easy and the kits look good and are good quality. Thanks Leyland & Chorley Hockey Club.

We moved kit company's & what a brilliant choice it was. I personally collected our orders as it was local & you can see first hand the hard work the ladies & gentlemen put in.

We had a change over in account managers & Darren has been absolutely spot on from the minute he took on huge order of ours.

Purchased the incorrect size.

Was honoured an exchange by one of the advisors but owner decided over a week later that he didn’t want to, promised he would contact me and didn’t bother. Contacted the office multiple times looking for a resolution that never came until a refund was eventually offered a month later but I’m still £15 out of pocket for postage costs. I’d avoid buying from this business and spend your money elsewhere. Only used this store once and it was an awful experience with really poor communication and misleading terms for returns/ exchanges on their website. Such a shame 0 stars wasn’t available.

The worst tournament ever been in. You pay so much, for loads of false promises. The poor 6/7 year old kids looking forward to tunnel walks and hearing name on tannoy, which we told them all was happening, only for none of this to happen. No medals for semi finalists when medals cost pennies and they charge so much money. Every game of my lads team was over the far side of the pitch (5games) and the rude staff said they couldn't change this to even get one game close to the stand where there families where, even after everyone having to pay £5 to get in. I would not recommend this to anyone as this company is all about false promises an just making money without any thought of the kids.

Massively disappointing, oversold and under-delivered.

The ad sold it as an experience - tunnel walk out, kids names announced over the tannoy, medals for all finalists (and semi-finalists) - none of this happened.

We reached the final, received nothing. Disappointed kids were told to clear the pitch for the next game.

Told on the day that the rules were no headers for under 10’s and kick in’s instead of throw ins - some teams agreed with refs that they would allow headers and preferred throw ins, and they played to those rules - but this was only permitted for certain teams by certain refs? Raised it with a member of staff who was looking into it but never heard anything back.

Staff treated the kids, and parents like cattle, no respect whatsoever.

I would not recommend these tournaments - stick to your grass roots club tournaments and support your local clubs.

Unclear of what years age groups the tournament was using. Only from speaking to another team in the tournament found out we had been entered into the wrong age group.

Have now received a full refund....

Great service from the guys down at Teamstop. Ordered all our equipment for pre season and it was delivered quickly and without hassle.
Well worth shopping here again.
