Incredible Support – My Business Is Growing!

Working with The Teacher Project has been a game-changer for my tutoring business. My main coach, Nigel, has been absolutely brilliant – consistently guiding me with clarity, structure, and encouragement. With the support of Nigel and the rest of the team (Rob, Ollie, and Elliot), I’ve grown from a solo tutor into a business owner with a passionate team of tutors around me.

We’re now signing up more students, growing our team, and making real progress not just for the business but for the tutors too. The momentum we’ve built in just a short space of time has been amazing, and I can’t recommend The Teacher Project highly enough for anyone looking to grow their education business.

This program is super informative, and results driven! My coach, Zach, NEVER disappoints, and KNOWS what he's doing. He is an excellent teacher, motivator, and expert! The program is challenging and takes a while to build, but I'm anticipating full results as suggested in the program!

Honestly I've been really impressed so far. I had my doubts at first, but they've really come through. Coach King is awesome and always supportive. I've been teaching in schools for 6 years and I feel it's just getting harder to be a teacher. I have no experience in online tutoring or having my own business, but the support I feel from the company makes me feel like I can actually achieve it! I'm excited to start getting students and helping kids in their learning journey!

The support has been great along with the onboarding videos/material and the coaching. For an established teacher/tutor, this program can really accelerate impact/earnings.

I have never given a one star review to any business. But I am writing this review to help people not to fall into the trap.

Most of the positive feedback is taken within first few weeks, when the customer is excited and new to the system. I did the same. I gave them a 5 star review when I started.

Please don't waste your time, money and energy on this course. They have a same format and procedure for all the tutors and all the subjects.

When I joined the program, I was assured that I would be able to generate a return of $10,000 per month. However, despite following the recommended steps, including significant financial investment in ads for weeks and spending money on other resources such as buying laptop and paying for domain etc. I have not seen any results.

Make sure you read the refund policy when you join the course. The entire course is revolving around Chatgpt and ads.

My coach, Hanford, has been patient in spending the time needed to help me get a successful start in setting up my tutoring business. I look forward to continuing to work with him as I finish the set up. His office hours are worth the extra time you may want to invest. He is also very prompt in getting back to me with any questions I ask via Messenger. If he doesn't have an answer, he will connect you with someone who does. Five stars!

A Pleasant and Supportive Experience So Far
My experience with The Teacher Project has been very pleasant so far. My coach, Robert Gough, has been especially helpful—providing guidance, checking in regularly, and encouraging progress every step of the way. Other team members have also been supportive, offering timely technical help whenever needed. It’s been a smooth and positive journey, and I’m looking forward to many more valuable experiences ahead.

I am loving working with my coach, Jessie, who recognizes my drive to succeed in my business and is helping me along the way. She has helped me navigate platform and there is always a place to find answers to my questions. I am learning a lot from her and look forward to celebrating the growth of my business with her.

Hi! I had my first sale today and I am super excited!! I have been working with Jess and Hanford for my time being and have truly enjoyed their help. When I got my first sale my mentor Jess was there with music and all the confidence in me in the world. Which felt super nice. She has helped me think more critically and has pushed me to believe in myself in such a short amount of time. I’m excited to see what else there is to come :)

I chose this company firstly because it is British-based and, although I live in the US, I am British and I understand British values and like British accents!!! I am excited about this program but have been met with certain life-changing issues recently - personal and financial - that have prevented me from pursuing the course in the timely manner in which I had intended. I have to say that working with Hanford Shun has been an absolute pleasure. He is not only extremely knowledgeable about all the intricacies of taking this course but extremely patient and compassionate when a client is faced with certain hurdles. Hanford has done everything possible to work with me on finances, and to find the technical support that has moved me forward on this last stage of the advertising setup. I highly recommend this course and Hanford as a coach. Could not be better!

Ive been really impressed, Katy has always been really open and welcoming and inspiring. I have often arrived feeling a little bit overwhelmed and left my meetings feeling really positive and inspired. I love the fact that i feel that i have a team behind me while i leap into what for me is the relative unknown.

Coach Jessie has been phenomenal in guiding me through the process of starting my online coaching business. When I first started, I didn't realize how much I didn't know about running a business and being able to provide services for students. Through this process, I have become more self aware, I've launched my first ads, and I'm on track to getting my first clients. I could not have done any of this without The Teacher Project and Coach Jessie cheering me on. So far, it has been an overall awesome experience and having peers inside the community and also coaches to guide the way, makes it that much easier.

My Experience with The Teacher Project – 1 year 6 months in the Project.
I started working with The Teacher Project in October of 2023. I want to share how my journey has impacted me… I’ve grown in ways I never expected—not just in business, but as a person. This experience has changed the direction of my life.
From day one, I’ve been lucky to have Nigel as my coach. He’s supported me every step of the way. He has become my mentor and friend. Everytime we get on a call, I feel he knows exactly what I need at that time to move forward.
Yes, I’ve gained students and grown my business, but the most powerful thing I’ve gained is a better me. I think my favorite trait I have improved is courage. Courage to make my own decisions, take action, figure problems out…. My motto: If they can do it, so can I. I found the courage to travel alone to London, share a room with someone I’d never met, and explore a new city by myself. That might sound small to some, but it was epic for me. My two teenage boys love seeing the confidence in their mom and are so proud of me for not only traveling but starting and running my own business. Everyday they ask me how my day went, did I acquire a new student, what am I teaching today…
This journey has opened my mind to things I never would’ve learned in the classroom—things like the power of mindset, goal setting, intentional living, sales, marketing, tech, and leadership. I never thought I’d be someone who could talk about funnels or marketing strategies, but now I am that person. I’ve even launched a second business using everything I’ve learned and I’m mentoring others now too—something I never imagined doing a year ago.
What makes The Teacher Project special is the people- this is not a corny cliche. The connections I’ve made with people around the world—people I truly care about—have been just as meaningful as the business wins. I no longer feel limited to my small town in Wisconsin. I love to learn about other cultures from my colleagues.
Elliot, our CEO, is genuine and generous. He shares his personal affirmations, business goals, and honest insights with us—not because he has to, but because he wants us to grow and succeed just like he has. That level of leadership is rare in my opinion.
Elliot’s “5 to Thrive” training was a turning point for me. It helped me understand what it means to thrive as an entrepreneur and be the best version of myself personally and professionally. Sales, once something that scared me and I literally hated doing, now feels like service. I’ve learned that sales is leadership—guiding someone who’s come to me for help, and showing up for them with confidence and solutions.
If you are serious about starting your own online tutoring business, Elliot is the man you can trust. I know him personally. I have traveled with him and his team to London and Austin for conferences, listened to live music, played ping pong, shared pizza...
Thanks to this experience, I feel inspired and capable. I’m no longer stuck in a classroom doing the same thing year after year, barely growing because my time was dedicated to my job. Now, I have the freedom to design my life, work on what excites me, and continue evolving. I am not going to coast into my 50’s - life is too short for that.
I’m so grateful for The Teacher Project and the entire team. I’ve learned, grown, and found a new version of myself I didn’t know existed. And the best part? I’m just getting started. Coach Jesse is amazing! When i started this tutoring business, overwhelmed would be an understatement. I was not tech savvy nor did I have much faith in someone being patient with my shortcomings. Jesse not only walked me through, she believed in me and did not judge when I finally figured out how to use my webcam, switch the toggle. She is right there helping me through every hiccup I have, checking in on me when she doesnt have to, and most importantly she believes in me, and my dream! I am soo very greatful for the amazing coach I have seeing my desire as much as I see it. The whole community is amazing but Jesse is absolutely the best!

Jess has been amazing! I have had some health issues that threw me off track and she patiently guided me back. She made sure that I no longer felt overwhelmed and knew exactly what my next steps were. I don’t know what I would do without her!
