Gutted that I had to write a poor review, as I really wanted my upgrades to be done by a local business, but unfortunately, I never even received a reply to my query/request, not even an automated effort. Must be busy?

Just had some upholstery work carried out by TTCC. Front seats and sofas in a 2009 Fiat Ducato Tribute Campervan. Quite simply, it has transformed the van. A superb job carried out by very knowledgeable, experienced and friendly staff. Definitely the place to entrust you van to for this type of work. 100% recommend.

Great job fitting mains electricity hookup point to a VW caravel.

Myself,daughter and grandaughter travelled to Belgium for Christmas markets. The driver Gordon was superb he made the break even more enjoyable. Went out of his way to make sure we had all relevant info and more. The accommodation/food were up to good standards. Gordon made the trip even more memorable.

Great services and had a fantastic holiday van is clean and staff very helpful too. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to hire a camper van.

stuart and the team went above and beyond for us on our hire of Ailsa, so accommodating couldn’t be anymore helpful showing us around the van and how all the appliances, swivel seat and pop top roof all worked, he also left his personal number so we could get in contact for any questions or issues i would highly recommend and can wait for our next adventure

A quirky fun experience. Van was perfect for our road trip. Service and support provided was perfect. Fast and efficient communication from enquiry and right throughout the trip.

Very unclear and unprofessional vehicles collection, poor vehicle interior condition, and shocking customers service when trying to have issues resolved. AVOID

AVOID!!!! Hired for 4 nights (Buddie) and van already had damage from previous customer. On third night handle came off side door and now they’ve taken £451.97 off our card saying that it was broken through ‘abuse’ to the van even though we took good care. We had to chase up why the money came off as there was no contact or invoice.
We’ve basically been done over and walked into taking a van that hasn’t been looked after by previous customers and we are footing the bill.

We had an issue with our solar monitor and popped in to see if Tartan Campervans could help. They were so helpful and managed to fix the issue for us even though they had a lot of work on. Big thanks to Ali and the tartan crew. Dash & Erika

We visited Tartan Campers to discuss having alterations and additions to our Campervan. The staff were great, very helpful and had plenty ideas to make best use of the space we had. We were told they would have it in for 3 days in June to reupholster, adjust the water tanks, fit a TV and add some extra storage. When the end of May came we hadn't heard anything so contacted them. We were told they had lost their order book. They couldn't do the work as planned as they were too busy . They said if we left the Camper for a month they would work on it as and when they could fit it in. The price of the TV had increased by £150. They also wouldn't be able to add the storage shelf in that time. It is with a heavy heart that we write this review but we feel really let down .

Absolutely superb company!!! The staff, the service, the quality - all top notch. We bought a converted van which was a great experience and the finish quality of the conversation was just superb. We have been back a few times to get help (not due to any faults on their part) and they have been very happy to help - in fact have gone out their way I would say.

Two of our friends have since bought vans and again are delighted with everything. Keep up the great work!!
