Zero customer service

Ordered 4 pairs of pants from their website through the link from their ad on Facebook. The pants arrived. They seem well made, but are quite short in the inseam, resulting in a very awkward and unattractive fit. Sent 2 emails to the company customer service department and another to the FB chatbot requesting information but processing a return and/or refund. The company has not responded.
Also attempted to leave a review on their website, but it didn't post.
