WARNING: Blatant Data Sharing, Privacy Violations, and Endless Spam

Do not give this company your email address unless you want your inbox destroyed. I use unique email addresses for every company I interact with to track exactly who sells or leaks my data, and The Swiss Hemp was caught red-handed.
I never registered for an account with them, nor did I ever consent to receive marketing emails. However, I suddenly started receiving relentless spam from them to an email address I had exclusively given to a completely different company. Furthermore, the unique email address I did generate for The Swiss Hemp is now being actively spammed by other random companies.
When I contacted their customer support to demand they stop, their response was absolutely unacceptable. They openly admitted to sharing customer emails with a "multitude of companies" simply because they claim to share the same email server and mailing list.
Worse yet, every single company in this shady group outright refuses to remove my email address from their lists, completely ignoring standard unsubscribe requests and basic data privacy rights.
This company engages in severe spamming and openly shares your private data across a network of companies without your consent. Avoid them at all costs.

Used to be a really good company for…

Used to be a really good company for shipping to the UK. Then they stopped and said they would set up a new website, this was at least a year and a half ago. No info about this new website for the UK!

Update: they have replied to this review with 2 websites but neither are anywhere close to the price the swiss hemp used to be.

Order never processed

I placed an order, and paid extra for “insurance” even though in Europe I have buyers protection and I’m insured either way. But my order was never shipped. The contact form on the website is broken and their email address does not exist. Don’t order here.

Regarding your reply: Instead of just looking into the contact form not working, how about processing order 20245?

Edit: they sent me my order correctly when I contacted them via their website, but their email still seems to not be replieable

illegaly bought email adresses used for marketing campaigns

They illegaly buy email addresses from other cannabis shops to send marketing emails without an optin from the customer. Cannabuben.de sold or lost the email adresses in a hack that actively are used in the swisshemp.com marketing campaign.

RIPP OFF

Last week I ordered 100gr of CBD.
Only got 50gr. I did my complaint, and got a mail from custumorservice asking me if i wanted a coupon for the missing product.
I agreed to the coupon. But then I never recieved it.
I send another mail to custumor service asking about the coupon, but they don't reply anymore. TOTAL RIPP OFF.

Then I informed with 2 friends who also ordered CBD here. And found out they also had issues.
1 Friend had the exact same problem.
the other friend of me, didn't recieved anything. so he had totally lost his money.

I can advice everyone not to buy here unless you want to problems or even lose your money.

CBD Flower looks nothing as shown in pictures. Made a complaint, stated they would refund me and has gone ghost close to two months. They will purposely ignore you just to not reimburse you. The customer care and flower SUCKS

UPDATE 11-22-24: As you see below, they refuse to send me my money back , as i never asked for flower in return! I WANT Y REFUND! Scam company!!!
