i ordered 36 kinder suprise eggs for easter gifts for a local charity and when they came 10 were destroyed i contacted the company and nothing, i wanted replacements and still no contact

Very helpful company

Honest and helpful – with great value

I’ve ordered from The Sweets Hub a few times now. One parcel arrived slightly squashed, but to be fair, it was a heavy order and nothing was spoiled. For the prices and range they offer, I can’t complain. I appreciate the quick communication and will continue to support them as they grow. Keep up the good work!

Shocking Company

Ordered a crate of Mountain Dew. Came in no packaging but the original cardboard which was destroyed and every can dented, also two cans had leaked but couldn’t find where from. Contacted company and was told to check terms and conditions and pretty much tough luck. Will never use again.

I was not happy

I was not happy with my delivery, one box of drinks had been taped up before it was sent and two of the cans inside were empty, I unfortunately did not take pictures of this issue so nothing can be done to help

Very Poor Service - read Ts and Cs

Parcel very slow to arrive, packaged very poorly and contents so damaged that I was unable to give them as a gift which was my intention. Beware to thoroughly read the terms and conditions because they use these as an excuse not to refund or replace. Very poor service, will never use again or recommend.

Postage address was on the actual case of drinks, the cardboard drink case was ripped open and very damaged.
Luckily no issues with the cans of drinks and it's a shame to leave a negative review when it was a good priced item, please actually package items!

24 dented gold red bulls

Ordered 24 gold red bulls. A few days later I received 24 gold red bulls. Unfortunately all the cans are dented but luckily for me gold red bulls isn’t carbonated so didn’t really matter 9/10 will red bull order again

Dont buy from these

Sent for a box of dinosaur kinder joy eggs. Received a box of fairies. Complained only to be told they are a gender neutral company and i could not return them. My son does not want fairies. Disgusting

Rubbish reply the picture was off the male toys so o shouldn have been sent those. Dont think pink and blue are gender natural complete cop out to sell things that are not selling.

Fair price and good item, bad delivery and shipping

Fair price and good item, considering how difficult it is to buy in the UK.
However the delivery was just a sticker on the box of cans. No wrapping, no box. As this was a surprise gift for my SO, it was ruined as soon as we opened the door and the delivery driver handed over the box.
The box was also battered and ripped from transport, which again made the gift look in a sorry state.

Really fast shipping

Really fast shipping! And really fair pricing. The only disappointment I had was with the dubai chocolate bar. There was little to no filling in some of it. But I will be buying again - just not the dubai chocolate.
