I'm only giving 3 stars because, like many companies, you are requesting feedback before I've even started using your product. Service and shipping were good. Products description reads well. So, ask me again in 3 or 4 months so I can give you realistic feedback for the quality and efficacy of the tablets.

The capsules arrived quite quickly and instructions are clear. I have only been using them for 17 days and there has been no reduction in the pain in my thumbs but according to your follow up email, I have to take them for 60 days to give them time to work. So I reserve judgement as to the efficacy of the capsules

Swallow supplements are of good qualities I definitely felt the difference taking pro magnesium 4 just over a few weeks I used to have stiffness of a couple of my fingers from time to time and I told my wife and she said I was deficient in magnesium and that is how I started my research on magnesium supplements in the markets and came across the Swallow brand which I am satisfied with based on improved results I have experienced with my health
