A good multivitamin.
Great service and really happy with the vitamins. Only thing is i wish they were slightly cheaper or you got 120 to 180 tablets instead of just 60, but a good supplement.

These came in capsules which irritate my stomach causing bloating. Good supplement just wish it came in tablet form

We appreciate your feedback regarding the capsules. Unfortunately bonding the probiotic bacteria into a tablet can reduce their efficacy. If it helps, you can twist the capsules apart and add the powder to food or drink (not hot food or drink).

Helpful product that aids relaxation and sleep
I have now taken 2 tablets of Pro Magnesium 4 after my evening meal for about 2 months and do seem to be sleeping more soundly.

The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. Still not sure if the Glucosamine is working as I take other things but my hands are slightly better - could also be the weather has improved and warmer - only 2 months in so shall keep going
