Delivery took a bit longer than expected, which was slightly frustrating. The jacket itself is decent, but the wait affected my overall impression.

My thoughts on the brand are mostly positive. The shoes look good and feel sturdy, though I think they need a short break-in period before becoming fully comfortable.

Very disappointing experience - no refund after 3 months!
Review:
I ordered 6 pairs of pants from Thesupermade and returned 5 of them right away. It has now been over three months, and I still haven't received my refund of more than €240. Instead of helping, their customer service keeps giving me excuses and false claims, it feels like a complete scam. I've provided proof multiple times, but they keep stalling.
Only after I repeatedly mentioned that I was considering involving a lawyer and even the police did the refund suddenly appear, coincidentally after more than three months.
This whole experience felt extremely unprofessional and stressful. I cannot recommend this store. The refund process is unreliable, and the communication is not trustworthy.
Do not buy from this store!!!

I placed an order on 12/14. They delivered on 1/12 with me contacting them for multiple times. When things arrived, the size doesn’t fit. I requested a return and exchange, they rejected. I finally have to dispute with my card company. Super bad clothes.

The T-shirt looks nice visually, but after a few washes, it lost a bit of its original feel. It’s still wearable, just not as soft as before.

Scam. Don't use!

My order was lost in transit in December and I have been fighting for a refund ever since.

The website was easy to navigate, and checkout was quick. My sweatshirt arrived in good condition and feels warm enough for cool evenings. Overall, a good purchase.

I wasn’t planning to spend much, but the hoodie I bought turned out to be one of the most comfortable ones I own. Thesupermade clearly pays attention to fabric quality.

I don’t hate what I ordered, but I don’t love it either. The pants are comfortable, though the fit wasn’t exactly how I expected. Might try a different size next time.

My thoughts on this brand are mixed. The T-shirt I ordered looks good and fits fine, but the material is thinner than I imagined. It’s not bad, just not exactly what I had in mind.

I bought two pants of this company. They arrived quickly. One XL jeans fit perfectly, the other was 2 inches smaller and I couldnt even do them up. I asked to return the pants that were smaller, for replacement or refund. I was told they couldnt replace them as they had little stock left. Oddly they had them on their website weeks later. I was told if I wanted to post back for refund that I would have to send EMS express mail, the most expensive service possible, and would have to pay tax when they arrived back in Hong Kong. Funny they as they make it look like they are in the USA. After much haggling they offered a partical discount and that I could keep the pants that didnt fit. I accepted and thought that would be it. Not at all. They then sent a link making me go through the refund request again on their website. I got an email back asking if I wanted to return them. I explained how they had offered me a partial refund in an email. I have never heard from them since. A total scam out of China. To make matters worse Afterpay would not even get involved. Says a lot. I guess as the collect fees from the sellers for their service and nothing from the customer, we are nothing. Beware The SuperMade. They are Super Bad.

Their stuff are nice and not common. Every purchase is worth my money and i keep buying from them. The stuff i bought are a stunning 10/10 for me.

This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I had ordered a jacket from supermade and wanted to return it. Unprepared for what then would follow, I emailed in, as per their return policy. Despite them explicitly stating on their website that customers would be able to return items, I was told that I was in fact not going to be able return it. Instead, I was to be given either a 20 dollar discount for my next order, or 15 dollars back without having to return the item. I opted for the discount first, however, instead of issuing me a valid discount code, the supermade simply forwarded me my order number. Unsurprisingly, this didn't work as a discount code. When I informed the supermade, they said that I should "copy and paste it", clearly assuming I was too thick to enter an eleven-digit-code. Their next instructions were "refresh the page" and "try entering it on a different device". As these tips were supremely unhelpful, I asked to be given 15 dollars, as they had suggested previously. However, this request was ignored.

Be careful, this is a scam company. I booked a hotel reservation in the Dominican Republic, and they gave me a very cheap price for my two children, my husband, and myself. When I arrived at the hotel, they told me I had to pay for one of the children because the Super.com reservation showed that I had a child who was 0 years old. I called the company, and they didn't help me. They offer deals, but when you try to take advantage of them, you realize they weren't properly advertised. They deceive you just to make a sale. Please be very careful. Do not use this platform.

SCAM!

Do not waste your time and money ordering on this site. They are sending clothes from a US warehouse then insist on sending the items back for returns in CHINA. And they insist on not covering return shipping and taxes which is not compliant to US consumer laws.

Ordered 2 pr of pants according to size chart. One pair runs very small. Contacted for return details, I was offered a 10% refund. Needed to convince them of their own return policy however it was going to cost me 50% of the purchase price to return to store. I am financially at a loss and with a pr of pants that don’t fit. Do not trust.
