Never received product and went round and round with customer service with no avail.

Bought 3x hair colour restore bars. Cost just over £100. Took almost two weeks to arrive from USA. Been using the product for 5 weeks now and no change to grey hair. I was suckered in by a magazine article that recommended the product. Should have just thought for a moment, as if a “natural product” could actually reactivate pigment in hair follicles, it would be a world wide phenomenon! After some research, think the company is based out of China. They must love us gullible Westerners!

It was a long wait to get my hair removal product here in Spain and I had to pay 14 euros more. That would be ok if the product worked. But it does nothing. It id a bad smelling lotion

I have been using their shampoo and conditioner and I can tell you that the results are quite good. My hairfall has reduced significantly and quality of hair has improved.

Also, I had a minor hiccup with my shipment and their support team were quick in resolving the issue and made sure I received my shipment as soon as possible.

Save your money. I used 6 bars and it did nothing for my gray hair. Total waste of money. I started using it in November right through March. Nada, zilch, zippo!

Their no shave hair removal spray doesn't work. Follow the directions completely, left it on for the full 10 minutes, and no results whatsoever. Don't waste your money.

Placed an order but never received. Contacted Mane with no response. Had to file a dispute with Paypal. Hopefully they get my money returned. This company is probably out of US company and just a scam. Stay away.

Fraudsters! Do not buy anything from Superior Mane. They took my money but did not deliver the product. Their website is filled with trickery, they're a scam.

Used for 6 months exactly as instructed. Absolutely no improvement. Waste of my money. Wish I came here to see. And I posted a review on their website. But that can’t be found. They are obviously hiding it.

Bought hair removal spray x3 bottles to utilise the deal. Bottle spray does not work, had to contact superior mane to be told best leave it in hot water for 10 mins. Still not fixed.
More importantly, hair does not come off as easily as the videos, had to give it 5 goes to remove 90% of coverage, remaining I removed with trimmer.
Customer services were useless.
Website says 30 day guarantee or money back, this is also a lie. Received no money back, just wasteful replies. Scam company, best to avoid.

Purchased a supply of Shampoo and Conditioner to last 12 months, aware that any result would not be overnight. After 12 months of using the product constantly, I did not use any other hair product, there has been no change. Hair still thinning. Product seems to be nothing more than a good shampoo with a hair "thickening" conditioner which you can buy in the general market place for much less.

I got a combo products for my hair loss. It took a while but as I reside in the UK and the business in the US, which makes sense. When I used the product for a month, I've noticed more hair fall out so I stopped using it. Over time less hair fell out. I asked for refund. They told me store credit or exchange for any opened products and refund for any unopened products but they won't cover shipping costs. I wouldn't like anything else from their store as it may be harmful to my scalp and when I try to return the unopened package, it costs £24 standard delivery making the return redundant.

In a sense, none of the products are refundable or worthwhile unless you're from the US.

Ordered an item over a week ago. It still hasn't arrived but, in that time they have sent me 19 promotional emails! How is this a way to build customer loyalty? One to avoid.

I purchase a 3 bundle of the Mane No Shave hair removal. The product bottle spray nozzal is faulty and clearly a known issue for the company.

I am truly sorry to hear about the issue with the hair removal spray pump. I understand how disappointing this must be. To help resolve this, I have a few suggestions that might assist in getting the spray to work properly:

- Shake Well Before Use: Sometimes the contents need a good shake to ensure everything is mixed well for optimal spraying.

- Check for Blockages: The nozzle might be clogged. Please try removing it and rinsing it with warm water to clear any potential blockages.

- Ensure Proper Assembly: Make sure all components of the spray bottle are securely fastened, as loose parts can sometimes disrupt the spray mechanism.

- Prime the Pump: For new bottles, it may be necessary to pump the trigger several times to initiate the spray.

I will never buy this product again.

Couldn’t give 0 stars although that’s the appropriate amount. Followed the instructions on their hair removal waited five minutes and ended up with terrible chemical burns. Removed less than half of the hair which I could live with the burns are not worth it though.

The product does not work at all. When you contact Mane to return or refund, they do not engage.

If I could give the products a lower score I would. The hair removal cream is absolute garbage. Not only did the spray not work effectively but the product did not remove hair easily. After 2 applications and scrubbing my skin to try and remove the hair I threw it in the garbage and went and purchased Nair for men. (A good product)
The product is falsely advertised and should be removed from sale immediately. As so many probably do… I purchased a bulk pack as it reduces the cost. Massive Mistake!!! The company refused to give me my money back and asked me to ship back the remaining items ( I had 6 bottles to return) I threw them in the trash where they belong!
