The quality is out of this world

The quality is out of this world. It's clean and sleek, very well made. I am not disappointed in the quality. I will 100% be recommending this company to my friends. I placed my order about a month ahead of the event I needed it for, it took less than a week for me to recieve the package.

DO NOT RECOMMEND

DO NOT RECOMMEND! This item was ordered for Christmas, I ordered the metal print. It came on foam board with a thin aluminum top layer ( thats the metal) its more poster than metal. It was not metal cut, it was printed and layed on the aluminum (SO CHEAP). The image was super cartoon like, fit for a child maybe and worth maybe $10. I paid $130 for the print, was charged a $5 processing fee and then when I asked for a refund I was told I have to mail it back, bearing the shipping cost. Additionally they instructed me to mail it to the address on the shipping lable, there is no return address just a business name and no shipping document or invoice inside. Do not waste your time or money. So many better products on Etsy, which is where I had to order another picture because this one was nothing like advertised!!!! I would give negative stars if that was an option. Also website says made in the USA, but the shipping tracking details show this came from Germany...also the bank charges are from Germany as well....

This is different from solid metal cut-outs, and we strive to be clear about this in our product descriptions. Many professional galleries and photographers use Dibond because it is lightweight, durable, and provides a smooth, high-quality print surface.

For cases, where customers are unhappy with the result of their order we offer a happiness guarantee: if a customer is unhappy, the order can be returned for a full refund once received back. As noted in our policy, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

I received my order in a timely manner but my poster has a very noticeable streak across the middle of it and it’s supposed to be a Christmas gift.
