I get a feeling this website is dishonest since the customer service email doesn't work
I purchased the basic soulmate drawing with no extras and have not received it yet. I wanted to find out what the waiting period is. So I checked on the website again and went to contact customer service. There was an email address and I copied it correctly for sure and sent the email to ask how long the waiting time is since this wasn't mentioned when I purchased the service/product. After sending it away gmail sent an email back saying the email address was not found.
Based on this I believe this website or service is a scam. Lesson learnt. Don't trust just any adds on FB. Just because FB is legit doesn't mean the adds and all the people on there are legit.
