Very happy customer
I could not find the trainers I wanted anywhere at all as they had all sold out. I stumbled across The Soul Suppler online and they had some in stock. Yes, the trainers were slightly more expensive, but not by that much. At first I was very dubious if this was a legit company, but after reading the reviews on trustpilot, I decided to go for it. I received verification that the trainers were indeed authentic. I found the communication was great, I got sent several updates and the trainers were delivered very quickly. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service and shoes!
I ordered some shoes from Sole Supplier recently and I couldn’t fault the product or customer service. I had issues tracking my shoes and Caitlin was really helpful, giving me regular updates and checking that there were no further issues when my package did arrive. I would definitely recommend them and will 100% be ordering from there again!

I had issues with UPS delivery and my purchase was delayed, I got in touch with the TSS mailbox and Emily picked this up. She was very proactive in helping me with the issue and responded promptly to emails. In addition to resolving this I was offered 10% off my purchase due to my issue, all in all a very good and fair customer experience.

Jordan 4 Military Blue
I unfortunately missed the drop on a set of Jordan 4's over the May bank holiday so ordered a pair on The Sole Supplier. Understanding that the bank holiday would interrupt normal business, I waited for a few days into the week but still hadn't heard anything, so I got in contact with customer support and Catlin messaged me back, she was amazing and provided me with updates and helped expedite the seller. The trainers arrived a day before i was told so all in all a very good service and experience for me.

A returns label has been provided and you will be refunded in full once the parcel has arrived safely back to our HQ.

Great experience as a seller - really easy process to sell and verify on the app, takes less commission than competitors, have sold more recently than I have on a competitors website, payment for transaction is quick. Notified of sale via text as well as email and quicker payment schedule than that of competitors. Very impressed.
