Unfortunately what looked to be a great decision with what we thought was a reputable company only gave us a lot of stress. Lack of follow up, no shows and empty promises.. maybe not all their fault, but certainly wasn’t mine.. resulted in a canceled contract and a last minute scramble to get someone else to do the job at the eleventh hour..
additionally I should have seen the red flags when we where pressured in to signing up and paying a large deposit on the day.. and when a company leans towards badmouthing their competitors ( and the overarching company) it’s never a good sign.. sorry but I really don’t recommend at all.. thankfully we were able to get our deposit back

Spoke to Alan on the phone for about 10 minutes, great bloke, very honest and transparent with what system we would want to purchase and didn’t try to over sell us. Great experience so far.

Very easy to deal with. Far easier and quicker than first though and Luke was great at tailoring a package to suit our needs.

The guys who installed solars were very professional and extremely tidy. If I had any questions they was happy to explain to me.i found the guys easy to understand. The guy who organised the installation he was awesome. I felt comfortable communicating with him. He always replied to message/ phone in prompt manner, any time of day/ nite. Massive thanks for everyone helped me getting solar connected. It was greatly appreciated.🙂👍👋

Extremely happy with how my panels are producing power. My only regret is not going bigger. Now trying to get this rectified. Alan is very helpful, going out of his way to solve my issue with getting more panels on. The team installing were very professional, and put the app. On my phone for me when finished. Couldn't be happier. Was very unsure before we had solar fitted. It does work well.

We had few companies to give us a quote, but I they could not answer all my questions. This was until I met Alan. Alan has explained everything clearly and I was very comfortable with his professionalism.

Installation crew was very fast, efficient and tidy, all questions I had were answered to my satisfaction. System was installed eight months ago and it is running exceeding our expectations. I recommend Alan and his team to my family and friends without any hesitation.

Overcharged for 8 panels whilst pocketing our Victorian government scheme money. After many phone calls to recoup some of the financial loss, Alan confessed he was a gambler and lost our money. Alan arrived intoxicated to attempt installation of the panels although we advised that we required a full refund and no panels were to be installed by his company. The panels are still sitting in the garage 4 months on and zero return of any money we paid him for zero goods and services. Complete con, I hope no one else fall's victim to this scam

The installers were great, very pedantic with their work as well as ensuring everything was kept clean, took their own rubbish with them

From the time Allen (rep) came to see us to the end of installation i feel very comfortable the solar system supplied is what we require for good cost savings

Luke was well presented, punctual and informative. Everything was very thorough with what design was best suited to us. The program Luke used to show our predicted savings was very impressive. overall great company, very trustworthy, easy process , can’t fault.

Alan was fantastic, friendly and very proffessional. Everything was done within the time frames he gave us and was very responsive when we had any inquiries.

My husband and I were sceptical on getting solar.
Our mind was put at ease the moment we met Alan. He was down to earth, honest and truthful - we were extremely comfortable with his ‘sales pitch’. We have contacted him a few times after installation and he has also been very helpful.

Thank you Alan and the team at The Solar Electrician. My husband and i decided we needed to look more into solar for our home as a way to be more savvy. We have 3 young children and the cost of living isn’t looking like we were going to get a break any time soon. Our neighbors across the street had solar put on their roof 9 months earlier and on numerous occasions recommended we give Alan a call. So we did. The entire process was a breeze. Alan worked around us and our crazy family schedule. He was punctual, polite, and there was not a question he couldn’t answer. We also touched on the possibility of a heat pump in the future , as we are also looking at ways to eliminate the use of gas within our property. Alan and his team made the entire process from the clicking of the ad to installation was a breeze. The zero upfront payment plan offered really suited our current financial situation. My wife loves the app where she can log in and track our daily use and production. Alan has always been prompt to reply to our texts at any time of day regarding all questions we had. From an inquiry on Facebook (that I had done with other companies, and I am still waiting on a response from!!) to full installation, the whole process ran very well. Communication was easy, we always got prompt answers to our many queries. We were very impressed with the installation crew they arrived onsite at 11am the job was completed at 5pm, everything up and running and the system explained, these guys certainly know their job and how to work. We recommend anyone even just thinking about solar to get in touch.
