So disappointing in the customer service here. I purchased a solar light in May and after only using for a few months it is no longer working. I have tried on multiple occasions to contact the company - using email and the chat box but even after providing them with the information they require there is 'radio silence' and no one has got back to me. I really dont know what else to do to get this issue resolved.

Ella who I live chatted with re a faulty item was beyond helpful. Everything we have bought from the company has been great and the one faulty unit is being replaced. Top company, top lights and helpful customer service team. Thanks Ella.

I had an issue with one of my solar products not holding charge, contacted customer service and dealt with Ella who promptly sorted the situation. I have had several solar lights over the years (one of which is still working perfectly 4 years later on original batteries!). The products are well made built to last and not too expensive.
With excellent customer service this is my go to place for any solar lighting.

Having purchased a number of lights over the last 5 years, l always return when l need something different. The stock this company holds is always refreshing, with very up to date pieces and always good quality. When ever there is a problem they are always available for advice or instant replacement if the item is faulty or unresponsive. Today we have been advised by Ella, who was both helpful and informative, she was able to correct my problem and supply à replacement light. Thank you

I had an awful experience with this company. Lights were delivered broken so I asked to return them. I returned them and then they didn't respond to my emails and the refund was never processed. Very odd company with no customer service.

Great product - I broke a spike on a new ground lantern while installing and Ella from support understood and they posted me a replacement spike FOC, great customer service thank you , Craig

Contacted Solarcentre about an issue with a solar powered light caused by our cat breaking it! Ella was really helpful in getting a spare part sent to us. :)

I have bought a festoon of 25 lights and they arrived very quickly and very well packed. We have built a pergola so couldn’t wait to put them up and we were so surprised at the quality and the powerful lights just from solar. The solar panel is large and we’ve screwed it up high and I am so so pleased with the results. I spoke with Ella at customer service about a broken bulb and she was very helpful and efficient and she has sent me a replacement bulb straight away.

We bought a couple of globe lights, unfortunately 1 was faulty. After speaking to and emailing Nicole, she sorted out a replacement base within a few days. Great service, quick delivery and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend and the colour change lights are great too.

Love the products (Hamptons garden light), have bought 4 packs in total (8 lights). One failed after 11 months, and I contacted Ella, who confirmed she would send me a replacement.

I ordered four solar flame garden lights recently and was pleased that they were delivered promptly.
The lights are very attractive and give a very authentic flame effect.
There was an issue with one of the lights which I reported to the Solar Centre. They answered within 24 hours and replaced the item.
I would definitely use this supplier again.

SolarCentre delivery times are super speedy, I’ve used them quite a few times recently and on the rare occasions I’ve needed customer support they respond quickly and resolve any issue quickly and there’s a human at the end of the line. Ella is great!

I bought some solar lighting in 2023. After three years a solar panel stopped working. Contacted the solar centre who were able to ship me a replacement part straight away and even gave me 20% discount. Nice people selling quality products with great aftercare.

I had a slight issue with the control panel of the deck lights I recently purchased but I found Nicole at the Solar Centre so helpful. She immediately sent a replacement panel and the lights are working perfectly now. Would highly recommend.

Quality lights. I'm really glad I found Solar Centre and moved away from A****n. The lights are even great for North-facing/shaded areas, which I was a bit worried about, but have no loss of coverage - I'm very impressed.

I also received excellent service from Nicole while she helped with an order issue. I was happy that she was able to find me a middle ground solution.

Products and service like this would make me come back again for a third time and more.

USB Festoon lights are amazing, easy charge and I can't wait for winter to show off the brightest lights on my estate! Had to contact customer services because a Magpie had bitten through the wire Nicole was amazing, gave effective, professional and friendly support - Thanks Nicole and the Solar Centre.

I've use Solar Centre for 18 months. I've purchased 5 different products, all of which have been excellent quality. Good Website. Easy to order. Once order is placed, I felt reassured with the email updates. The aftersales service is amazing, especially Nicole. My thanks to Nicole for your help and support.
I don't often leave reviews but credit where credit is due. I would absolutely recommend The Solar Centre
