DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. The offer on this website is completely and intentionally misleading. In tiny print that you are unlikely to see, it says if you buy the pillowcase you will be then a paid subscriber and £19 will be deducted monthly. I didn’t see this for a few months when I noticed money coming out of my account. It is in small print purely to trick the customer. Disgraceful. I was not offered a refund.

Literally avoid this company it’s a massive scam. After ordering i never got a tracking number. Had to ask. Then half my order ran out of stock and they didn’t tell me until i asked what takes so long to ship. Then i got hit with a hidden membership fee 2 weeks later that was not disclosed to me. I emailed them ab it and they claimed it was in my order. I went back to my original email and there was no membership on my order. Literally order from any other place this has been a communication nightmare of an experience.

If i could, I'd give this a 0 star experience. "Shipped within 4-7 business days." Yeah right!!!! I ordered on a Monday, 1/27. I've reached out several times to find out my package is "ready to be shipped" and "in the hands of the warehouse", its been almost a month! I'm frustrated and convinced this is a fake company. I will be contacting my bank and asking for money back. This is ridiculous. I'm usually very flexible with things ordered online but this seems suspicious to me and I don't trust spending $100 on something I may never see. I can't get a refund until the product shows up so I'm hoping it comes within a week, otherwise I will be taking other actions.

The Snoozy is behind the scamming drop-ship company known as Forrest Folk, and I'm certain that there are others brands that they operate behind. Do not give your money to these monsters, most of their marketing material, especially on social media, has been stolen from other companies.

I placed an order with them in the December thinking that they were a natural chewing gum company based in the US, but then grew suspicious when I didn't recieve any of the usual communications from an online company once an order is placed. Multiple inquiries and requests for cancellation were made to Forrest Folk/The Snoozy, still no response. I finally had to get PayPal involved, and it was here it was shown just how devious and terrible this company is. The Snoozy will deploy every conceivable tactic to try and force you to drop the dispute out of pure frustration. PayPal's normally efficient dispute process was gummed up and extended by this seller through waiting until the last possible moment to submit tiny bits of incomplete information. This would initiate a need for PayPal to further review, which would extend the case anywhere from 5-7 days depending on what was submitted. After over a month of expasperation, PayPal finally forced this company to issue a refund, though I had to pay to return the highly suspect package that eventually arrived to the Netherlands. The package that arrived during the dispute process originated in China, and was comically labeled as Jimmy in Georgia, it was returned unopened. If it wasn't for PayPal, I never would have known that that was meant to be my Forrest Folk order. I can't imagine how much worse this experience would have been if another form of payment was used.

Please learn from my embarrassing mistake. More and more customers are coming forward to shine a light on Forrest Folkamd The Snoozy. Hopefully this saves another customer from being scammed.

Don't order from this site ......

ordered 3 weeks ago, still not shipped and the only way to contact them is through email and nobody replies. I don't think the company is operating anymore. I have now contacted my bank to try and get a refund

The Snoozy is great!!! I love the length and the fit and mostly I love how cozy it is... It keeps me warm, looks great and is soft and luxurious... I am thinking about getting another in a different color!!! Because if it’s this good, why not???

Bit of a drama with the post but I love, love, love the product. So cozy. Will save a lot on gas bills this winter.
