Refund process just too long for me
I found the shirt I ordered ok, not great, not fitted enough, so I returned it. They rec'd the return on 4/4, emailing its receipt & allowing for up to 14 biz days to process the refund. They are taking every minute of these 14 business days, which seems long for an online transaction. I'm sure they enjoy the float, but it's too long for me in comparison with the other sites I shop so I won't be ordering from them again.

Beautiful Unusual Shirts
Well, I just love their shirts... I have a wardrobe full of them! Just before Christmas I ordered a Brooke black shirt and its my absolute favourite! I've never had any issues with this company and cannot understand the poor reviews. Your shirt arrives within a few days, is beautifully packaged and its a joy to open! I also ordered one of their tuxedo shirts to wear over Christmas.... its gorgeous!

Perfect shirt
The shirt arrived and it was exactly what I expected from the photo on the website. Plus the fabric, cut and fit were absolutely great . I have now worn the shirt and received so many compliments.

I am addicted to the London shirt company! The quality and the finishing is a 2nd to none! I have ordered approximately eight shirt in total because they are really just the most exquisite product! I am normally a 12 on the top as I have a very broad back and I am a size 10 on the bottom, so I usually order a size 14, which is absolutely perfect Once you buy one you will never stop? They launder beautifully which is a huge bonus. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I purchased 2 shirt dresses, the service was fast and efficient, I actually returned and sized down. Refund was processed quickly and new dresses sent quickly and they were fab. Great cut and quality material. Fab will definitely order again.
