Useless customer service
Warning! If your order is lost or stolen they will refuse to refund you or arrange to replace. Despite never getting any tracking details in the first place, I’m now stuck without my order and at a financial loss. The only thing they offered was a minuscule discount on whatever I chose to reorder, which would just put me further at a loss. Truly useless and terrible customer service, I was a repeat customer but I’ll never be ordering from them again.
EDIT: As their response states they sent me notifications of shipping and delivery, which is NOT TRUE, I never received that which is why I asked for shipping details in the first place. They still take no effort to correct or help fix this situation, and say it’s ‘out of their control’

You placed an order with us on Saturday 25th May, which was dispatched via Royal Mail on 27th May (the next working day following the bank holiday weekend). We sent you notifications from both ourselves and Royal Mail on the day of dispatch to confirm your parcel was on its way.
Royal Mail confirmed successful delivery of your parcel on 30th May. You contacted us on Monday 2nd June, explaining that you had 'had some issues with parcels being stolen in our building' and that 'the parcel has been stolen as I suspected. I've reported it to the police, but is there any way I can either be refunded or perhaps have it sent again to a secure address?'
Once a parcel has been confirmed as delivered, our standard '60 Day Love Your Fit' guarantee applies to our products. However, this guarantee does not extend to situations that occur outside our control, such as third-party theft of mail after confirmed delivery.
We would like to clarify that if an order is 'lost' (i.e., undelivered), we will of course do our utmost to help our customers and provide a replacement product where necessary. For your information, all our orders are tracked, enabling us to identify any issues should this unlikely event occur.
Whilst we sympathise with your situation, we feel it would be unreasonable to hold us responsible for a rare and unforeseeable event totally outside of our control.
We felt it important to explain this situation in greater detail.

The shape ware was so soft and comfortable. Ive had holdie uppies before but felt swashed in but these fitted me perfect and was comfortable all day long .they wash really well and keep their size definitely getting another couple of pairs .
