I placed an order, the order was not sent, because the product is not in stock, and on the website it is still for sale, the money is not returned.In response to my letters asking me to return the money, they write to me to delete the comment. Otherwise they will not return the money."Please stop write emails !!! You wrote too many emails they all arrived in ur spam folder ! Your refund is on the way but i blocked it becase of your trustpilot comment. Please remove it, we can't proceed to your refund with this comment. We answer all our customers within few hours but please stop write so many emails we can't see them if you continue."They wrote this to me in response to my demands for a refund. I still haven't received the money back from you.addition to review.To your last messages to the seller. I never received it. Answer when the money will be returned.My money still hasn't been returned to me. Although it said that the cancellation of money was not unblocked. So think buyers are on this site where there are scammers.!!!!!!!

2) You wrote a review on Truspilot indicating we never answer your emails.
3) I wrote to you to apologize as we never saw your emails as they were in our spam folder. I propose you a reship or refund, you choose the refund, telling me that you will delete your defamatory comment as we answer all our customers, you simply sent too much emails in a short time period.
4) I indicate you that i have proceed to the refund, asking you about the comment on Truspilot
5) You told me that you won't delete it, that is really unfair and dishonnest as it is really false we don't answer to our customers.
I have debloked your refund but honestly you don't deserve it.
We exist since 5 yo and we have highly loyal customers that buy regularly on our webstore. i think they would stop to buy if we were scammers...

Due to COVID making delivery times a lot longer, it was hard to track how long exactly it would arrive but when I was emailing Lea, I always got a response and when the items finally arrived, the items were better than expected! Worth the wait if you have to wait for these items!
