For complete transparency, we would like to clarify the documented timeline of this case.

• The reported license issue was resolved on 17 December 2025.
• Several parts where communication continued despite the use of abusive language.
• ⁠You confirmed resolution yet posted negative reviews.
• ⁠Additional follow-ups were provided multiple times afterward, and no response was received from your side.

At the time the negative review was posted, the technical matter had already been addressed and resolved.

After resolution, we continued reaching out in order to assist further if needed. We informed you that policy-based restrictions may apply in cases involving abusive communication. Despite this, additional 1-star reviews were posted regarding the same resolved case and no responses were received.

The cPanel license referenced in this review was activated on 17 December 2025 from our backend. Confirmation of activation was received shortly thereafter.

Our support team consists of structured levels (Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3), and escalation is always available when required. Technical instructions provided during this case were standard industry troubleshooting steps.

We have thoroughly reviewed our billing system, client database, and WhatsApp support records and have not found any account, transaction, or communication associated with the name used in this review.

We previously requested verification details (such as registered email address, WhatsApp number, etc) on 28 September at 16:00, in order to investigate this matter properly. As of today, no information has been provided that allows us to identify any transaction linked to your claim.

Please note that all payments on TheServerLicense.com are processed through automated gateways. We do not accept manual payments, and invoices are marked as paid automatically only after successful gateway confirmation. There is no mechanism within our system for manual “blocking” after payment.

Without verifiable transaction details, we are unable to validate this allegation.
