Because I have emailed you twice and still have not gotten a response

Website refused to open at all several times and item is taking longer to ship than expected, with very little tracking information.

I have not received my item so I am unable to review it. Even though I got a tracking number it doesn't seem to be correct. When I try to track the number USPS says "Tracking Not Available". Planning on contacting someone to facilitate a refund.

Meh. it’s average to poor quality stuff you’d expect from like temu or at a flea market. my kids liked the blackout headband with bluetooth speakers and the sound is actually pretty good. used for bedtime ocean waves music. the car shaped sunglasses case is cute and zipper works fine. it’s the “sunglasses” supposedly for kids that was the worst. they look like they’re meant to fit 18” dolls and not kiddos. i don’t think they’d even fit a toddler bc they are so small. the items were crammed into the headband box and then placed inside a plastic bag for shipping. the positive here is that i actually received my order. will i order from here ever again? unlikely. it’s too bad for them bc i think they are onto something but the low-grade quality items and poor attention to quality shipping will be why i do not return.

Never received items! Email address to support is bouncing back. I cannot confirm that this is a legit company. Seems like a scam.

I ordered the sensory electric toothbrushes. The items looked and felt very cheap. I was missing part of my order and when I messaged customer service, I didn't hear anything back. Although the shipping box they came in looked fine, the actual items inside were inside packaging that was smashed and ripped.

My kids love them! And we just purchased another one to give to our niece!!

My daughter loves her new swing, and even my older son wanted to try it. Great for getting some indoor swinging in when the weather isn’t great.

Item says delivered in shop.com but they were never received.
Tracking only says delivered no details.
Very disappointed.
Order was for an autistic child.
No direct information for customer service.

Didn't receive the correct product at all. Then I emailed the customer support email, only to receive an email back that said that email was no longer active. Then I reached out on their contact us page on the website and still never heard back. Don't purchase, stay away. They are scammers and will steal your money and drop ship you some random low quality product from Amazon.

Thank you for sharing what products you have. My granddaughter will benefit from the products you have to show people like me.

Only 1/2 my order arrived. Had to place insurance request to replace the other 1/2. I watched it get delivered so it wasn’t stolen from the door. Still waiting or tracking email to tell me the second part was shipped. So ensure you get insurance and good luck to you! -impatiently waiting

Swing itself it great- customer service is awful! No one replies to order questions, the other piece of my order was not sent- so order was sent late and incomplete and I still have no answers from a customer service person. Not sure if there are any?!

Small and simple. Just what I needed for my toddlers to start their adventures.

Got these for my girls (3.5 and 2 years old) and put them to use as soon as they arrived

No different than Amazon -- Based on packaging and products, this didn't feel any different than a random Amazon purchase -- I'm left doubting the origins and quality of the products I purchased

I purchased the hanging swing for my granddaughter whose parents are going through divorce. She spends a great deal of time in it and really doesn’t want her friends in it, because it is her space. Her’s is hanging in her bedroom. I highly recommend this to parents of children going through anything. They all need their safe space.
