This is the worst NDIS provider I have ever experienced. A very unprofessional company! The exective doesn't follow NDIS code of conduct. Using very low quality Support Workers who had criminal history and with very low education, such as year 10 level only. Some of the support workers don't even have the basic knowledge of NDIS.
The payroll woman is very unprofessional and lack of knowledg. She short paid support workers' over time pays, shift allowances, and refused to reimburse support workers travel expenses. She has no skill in customer service. People said she does nothing to bring value to ndis participants but a suck up job for CEO.
All in all, It is a completely terrible NDIS provider!

Same old SALT! Rinse and repeat!

I am disgusted by the quality of service from salt. 5 years I’ve been with them and the first few years were great. Robyn was my rock. But then she could no longer come and since then it’s been a nightmare. No solid support worker, I was meant to have 5 days a week, but salt only gave me 3. I’ve had to go with Farris Care for the other 2 days because salt can’t organise themselves. Support workers aren’t very supportive. I’ve had worker’s criticise me for not having children, being anxious and upset or doing things like personal errands while they are with me. Even bringing their children to the appointment. And I’m too nice to say anything, but now I am. Adele is hard to get a hold of, especially when workers are incredibly late to appointments. I’m sick of this. They’re meant to make my life easier, NOT HARDER. I’m so upset and anxious right now.

The Salt Foundation is a really supportive NDIS provider. Support Workers are caring and kind . Jessica has been really helpful along side as well.

My Salt worker Sophie has gone above expectations especially during Covid. Nothing was to much for Sophie helping me with my study. I am really grateful that l have Sophie as my support worker.

Salt has been a really great experience. The staff are friendly and supportive and it feels great to be a part of such a welcoming, caring community :)

Tom Is a great worker and a very talkative person. Each morning he makes my bed for me, and lays out my clothes for a shower and mops the floor, Tom makes a cup coffee. We get the latest news. Tom assists me with my physio exercise, which we report to Joe

Hi, just want you to know That”The Salt” has passed on to me a worker for my NDIS plan & I usually was going a lot to the gym with worker Renee but now because of covid the gym is closed of course so I also had to stop seeing Renee but we do phone calls & now I actually have a Bronco Pneumonia which is serious & I cannot go walking yet! Renee, still gives me calls & I told her that as soon as the Doctor says I can go outside to go for walks, I’ll be contacting Renee to assist me... I have always been happy with the services provided by Renee through “The Salt”.

Working with The salt foundation has been a good experience. They have made me feel good and comfortable, and I feel good with all my work colleagues and hope everybody is happy to be working with me.

I have always found the ladies and gentlemen that work at SALT to be very approachable and happy to help with any questions that I have.
