Amazing quality, not as clumsy or random as a blaster
Absolutely fantastic. The quality of the Graflex Episode IV Skywalker saber is amazing. The attention to detail is something to behold and it feels top quality and a good weight. An elegant weapon for a more civilised age.
Very easy to disassemble with the clip and J-lock, I bought a proffie based version which you can access to charge in just a few seconds.
I chatted with Kevin regarding the saber (check out his excellent YouTube tutorials) a great person and obvious expert full of great tips.
This is the one I’ve always dreamed of having, after seeing the film as a 5 year old! It’s finally mine, and I didn’t expect it to be this good!!

Your order didn't have your full address and couldn't be shipped without a street name and number. I messaged you on the 9th, the 12th and the 19th and got your address on the 30th when factory closed for a 1 week national holiday. I'm sorry for the delay but there wasn't anything more I could do in this situation.

Overall the quality of the lightsaber appears to be quite high. However we are dissatisfied with 3 things.
1. The Bluetooth range is horrible, the phone has to be touching the saber for it to connect, and if you move it more then an inch or two away it disconnects.
2. The battery has had issues intermittently since first use. It dies randomly.
3. Any screw that came preassembled has come loose. The 4 little brass decoration screws are all loose and we’ve lost one because of that. The decorative thumb switch and strap holders have both fallen off because they were not tight.

You reached out to me via the support chat and I'm still waiting for your reply. Please look into your spams if my message from Mon. 29th went there (pretty frequent).
There are no worries to have, some issues we can certainly solve very quickly together, and if not we have a warranty process to see you get sorted.
1- Regarding the bluetooth range it's as indicated on each saber page, they all have a different bluetooth rating. A dueling saber is thin and has good connectivity, a replica saber is focused on providing screen accuracy, using more material and a design that hinders networks connectivity so we indicate that on each saber page and if you watch my First Steps youtube playlist you'll see it's actually recommended to set your saber via the app, then close the hilt and use it.
2- This is what you contacted me about, please message me back following the procedure I described.
3- Send me a picture of your saber showing where you have missing bits and we'll send replacements. Sometimes during transport there can be a lot of vibrations and they loosen screws. This also happens during dueling use, so over time I always recommend to tighten screws and parts every now and then. Using thread locking glue is not recommended because you need to be able to fully disassemble your saber, but to each their own ;)

I was looking for an accurate Count…
I was looking for an accurate Count Dooku lightsaber, and The Saber Factory came through with flying colors! (SO MANY COLORS!)
The saber hilt itself is as near an exact copy of what Christopher Lee held in his hands, you can't tell the difference.
The bonus was that this one has the Xeno3 Neopixel setup that makes this so much more than just a screen-correct hilt. I am still discovering the many combinations of colors/sounds/music I can configure. Amazing.
The how-to videos posted by Kevin are also great for anyone who wants to get the most out of their purchase. From start to finish, this has been a fantastic transaction.
You can't go wrong with The Saber Factory, in my opinion.

I ordered and paid a light saber on 13th of August and now, on 11 September I have still not received it, but FedEx is asking me all kinds of informations and wants me to pay customs. When I purchased the item, it wasn’t known that it would be the case.

I have messaged you multiple times using our internal email system as well as our support platform because I could see that the package was waiting at customs for duties payment since September 3. I was unsuccessful until my last attempt where you responded 3 days ago.
I clarified that our shipping terms are very transparent on the fact that taxes are not paid at checkout but upon delivery, and it very much depends on each country. This is to be expected when you order internationally (our site is in english and you order from hungary) but I understand that when browsing quickly you may miss the information and be disappointed when it arrives.
I also tried to message you again 3 days ago as well as yesterday because FedEx will return the package if you don't take delivery. And forced returns for international shipments are billed quite expensively by carriers and come against your order refund, so I hope you can take delivery as soon as possible.
I remain available on our support chat to help with the documents FedEx may need you to provide and get you sorted fast so you can enjoy your saber with no additional hassles. Just let me know what they want and I'll sort you out.

Very cool and great for the price!
The hilt design although simple is quite appealing, the chrome accenting acts as a good grip point while swinging as well! Has plenty of sound fonts and blade effects and the blade’s LED’s are very bright. Overall great product and the price is good compared to elsewhere.

Okie dokie quite impressed with the fit and finish only complaint was the lightsaber did not come with music fonts and the screw off pommel semmed a titch loose when trying to tighten case was a nice touch really like that fast delivery thank you. And I appreciated the good pricing compared to the other companies 👍

The light saber cannot be turned on…
The light saber cannot be turned on even after charging. They should have checked whether the product works before shipping the product. I have spent lots of time following Kevin's instructions and send him videos twice. He is helpful and there are videos.
Issue is still not solved. Now I am asked to do additional checks. I hope this will be the last one to get to the root cause. I feel I have wasted lots of time debugging the product. I expect that the product works upon arrival.
