Samantha was very nice and professional. She was helpful and answered all my questions. She was patient with me as I am 81 years old and don't move as quickly as I would like and she repeated when I needed her to do so.

I can understand them very good English and they were very understanding what I was telling them and I really appreciate that. Your process was simple and only took minutes to complete. Samantha the representative that I dealt with was very kind and thorough in her explanation of benefits. She was very clear in understanding . It was a very pleasant conversation with her. I could feel her compassion for what she does.it was a breath of fresh air that she spoke english. She tried to keep me call and not worry that I couldn’t find things.

i applied and was accepted and was charged 85.00 to apply and another 100.00 (2 months) and was informed that my medicine was no longer avaible through them,this was at 2nd month.i called and i called and they wanted to sub something i had tried and did not work and i wanted to cancell.they informed me that the 150.00 was only and they could refund only the last 50.00.i am retired and on medicare and already struggling to afford medicines so i just wasted 135.00.they did not have a 0 star choice

This is not an overnight process, and it would have been nice to know up front. It takes about 3 weeks or more depending on your physician motivation.
