Ho scoperto The Royal Watchery da poco e devo dire che è un’idea fighissima! Ho comprato un biglietto per provare e il processo è stato super semplice e trasparente. Mi piace che facciano l’estrazione in diretta e usino un software esterno per garantire che sia tutto corretto. Ancora non ho vinto, ma l’esperienza è top e sicuramente riproverò. Se vi piacciono gli orologi di lusso, vale la pena tentare!

ho acquistato 2 ticket

Inizialmente non avevo capito quale fosse lo scopo, ma dopo aver seguito la loro pagina su instagram ho avuto tutte le spiegazioni di cui avevo bisogno.
Seguirò tutte le nuove competizioni, ed intanto ho acquistato 2 ticket per la competizione Santos

Mi piace molto l’idea di queste…

Mi piace molto l’idea di queste competizioni a premi.
Non sono riuscito a partecipare alla competizione “Wimbledon” perché il tempo era scaduto, ma questa piattaforma ha tutta la mia attenzione per le nuove competizioni, ho già acquistato un ticket per la competizione “Yacht-Master”

Ho partecipato alla competizione Datejust Wimbledon per provare questo nuovo sistema.
L’esperienza sul sito è ottima, molto facile e intuitivo.
Proverò sicuramente le nuove competizioni

Non c'è chiarezza in quello che…

Non c'è chiarezza in quello che pubblicizzano , perchè per onestà dei fatti devono dire che tu acquisti dei ticket per una estrazione dove le probabilità di vincita sono pari a zero.

Ci dispiace leggere il suo feedback, soprattutto considerando che siamo stati completamente trasparenti con lei e abbiamo gestito il suo caso in modo corretto, rimborsandola senza alcun problema e offrendole uno sconto per farla rimanere in competizione.

Ci teniamo a sottolineare che ogni competizione è chiara e trasparente: indichiamo sempre il numero massimo di ticket disponibili, così ogni partecipante può calcolare le proprie probabilità di vincita. Non si tratta di probabilità 'pari a zero', ma di competizioni regolate, dove ogni ticket acquistato aumenta le possibilità di vincita.

Lavoriamo ogni giorno per offrire un’esperienza corretta e conforme alle normative internazionali. Apprezziamo i feedback sinceri, ma ci aspettiamo che riflettano accuratamente l’operato della nostra azienda.

Restiamo disponibili per qualsiasi ulteriore chiarimento e speriamo di poterla servire meglio in futuro.
