The Rolling Plate is big scam.
They open cloud kitchen with 21 brands of same menu. (Don't get attracted by their menu list which they show to you before taking money from you.) It is just like opening of 21 new restaurants at same address at same time. Now you can understand your profit share. It is like profit share of 21 share holders from 19% of total gross sale from one kitchen.
Their food quality is also very poor. 90% customers give negative feed back.
You will not be able to get return 10% of your total invested value.
They are interested only in opening more and more cloud kitchen, which cost them 3-5lakh. But understand their earning from opening of one cloud kitchen. 21 brands, average cost of one brand 3.5 lakh (including marketing), and one master frenchise of 15 Lakh.
They are not interested in sale of their opened cloud kitchens.
