Absolutely superb shop! Great stock of items, all with lots of pictures to give a strong indication of item condition etc. This made it easy to purchase with complete confidence, despite not being able to check the item in person. My Item was dispatched quickly and well packaged, and made it to the otherside of the globe in record time!

Item was so cheap I expected it to be faulty but seems fairly flawless and is exactly what I've been searching for (although could have done without the weight but hey gotta compromise somewhere). Quick postage too from one side of the country to the other. Will definitely buy from again!

Excellent knowledge and friendly patient service

Although initially receiving the wrong guitar (easy mistake considering the subtle differences) Rock Inn was very apologetic and had the guitars swapped over within one business day. Unbelievable considering I live on the other side of the country. The level of service was excellent and the guitar was faultless and played really great straight out of the box. Would definitely not hesitate in buying from them again.
