It's great that the company is transparent and provides all the key documents. However, the language can be overly legal at times. It would be helpful to have a simpler version with clear explanations.

I ordered the gloves and the were too small. I wanted to return them but instead they offered me a voucher to get the correct size. This was very nice of them.

The answer of the so-called company is the same for all types of reviews, as below. I checked a lot of reviews after receiving the "orthopedic boots". What does this mean? There is no company, there is one guy somewhere in Macedonia that acts as a company. What is worse is that the shoes are sold for medical reasons. Besides this, they are even ugly and it is impossible to use them. The picture on the website shows another quality, visibly and orthopedically. I put them on for two days and they cause pain more than they help. They put this show of lowering the price from 99 euro to some 30 something. Seriously, with products from China, produced and delivered, I have had a much better experience. From the website, you get the idea that the shoes are produced in Germany by this duo Jonas and Mark when actually they are made somewhere in the Balkans and the name of the sender is Dejan Badarovski. Jonas and Mark are nowhere to be found online at least in relation to shoe production. You should not lie to people when it comes to medical products. At least, can there be some human decency in this f... up world??? It is human nature to harm other fellow humans and others, I am old enough to know and to make peace with it. There should be a line somewhere.
If I wanted Balkan stuff, I would have bought them home.

The worst experience ever!!! I have no idea who Jonas and Mark are but this is all bullshit.
The first problem is that the shipping was stated to take 3-5 business days. It took over 10 days, and this was after a million emails requesting information about the order.
Second, shoes arrived after more than 20 days from the order. I waited at home for the assholes to get the package but they just left it at the door without even ringing the freaking bell. Because it is not worth even taking them inside the house.
However, the most important the shoes are shit! As if children made them out of paper. Nothing similar to the picture. There are no laces. The sole is made of wine cork, literally. And the rest orthopedic bullshit is paper painted in black. I will not even try to check if they are waterproof as they might be destroyed. I will keep these shoes to remind me how I was lied to and ripped off the 34 euros, which were supposed to be 99 without the discount. Even 10 euros with the quality of these shoes is a steal.
Even getting rid of the garbage here, you have to pay. I dont even know where to throw them, are they plastic, paper, some kind of wood...

I am very happy to say my query regarding my gloves has been solved.I received an incorrect size and on reporting it, it was corrected in a very short time.
