During our visit

During our visit, my friend was told her bikini was “ Immodest and too Ibiza” and asked to change, despite other guests wearing similar swimwear. Staff made her change and upset her.

Staff refused to refund her ticket, and when we raised concerns about the situation, they made inappropriate comments about Muslim women not being allowed to wear burkinis or head coverings due to heat. The tone was racist, the policy vague, and the attitude unprofessional.
I left feeling disrespected and would not return or recommend.
