These cowboys stole £500 of my money. After paying a deposit for a new kitchen and getting fobbed off repeatedly, I asked for my money back.
All I got was verbal abuse and threats. They even got one of their employees to pretend he was a top lawyer representing them!
Do not touch this company with a bargepole!
I can't believe trading standards haven't shut them down.

Just received a cold call about my drive (I don’t have one) and then when I said I didn’t want a quote for anything they just hung up on me. So. Seems like a great company.

Can fault none of the work guys for the jobs I have had done, driveway, conservatory, gutters, fascia’s, every worker done a spot on job and cleaned up after themselves, Dave, Liam, jack too many to name, so made up, thanks guys

We recently had block paving done by this company and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. I did have a few reservations at first after reading some of the negative reviews, but I’m so glad we went with THI.
All the staff were brilliant - Julie (I think that was her name on reception), Launce, Dave, Lee, Ged, Mikey, Chris, Darren and Joey. They were all top lads and did a fantastic job. There were a couple of minor issues along the way, but these were sorted quickly and professionally. Lee and Dave kept me updated with regular calls and even checked in just to make sure everything was going smoothly and that I was happy.
Once the work was completed, I also received a call from Lilly as part of their aftercare service, which was a really nice touch. She checked that we were happy with everything and explained what happens next in terms of sealing and ongoing care.
Overall, I’d highly recommend THI. Great communication, great workmanship, and a really professional team.

This company took my £2K deposit then didn't do anything. I had to take them to court before I got my money back.
STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

My large front drive was a nightmare! I booked in with Thermal and had the whole lot block paved. The lads were phenomenal. They worked really hard and any issue I had they either talked me through the process of why things were done a certain way or altered their work at my request (eg. Neighbours boundary line not quite at the right angle... brickes taken up, trimmed and relayed). No issue was too much. I can not praise and thank them enough! Would highly recommend and will use again if I need anymore work doing. Thanks to the team in office also, taking my calls and putting me at ease

They need more people to contact them with regards to -

Their shoddy, incomplete, poor workmanship botch jobs
Extortionate Prices, charge high for the lowest
quality and cheapest option for the customer
Quick to sell, quick to take your money BUT you will NEVER get what you pay for!!!!!!

I would like all customers who have had negative experiences with the company for us all to come together to make our issues be heard

Just had further work done by Thermal, this time it was my drive and patio. They have done another brilliant job. Reasonably priced for the workmanship and after sale upkeep with the waterproofing and warranty offered as part of the package. I have also had a service completed on my current front door and window. They can cover all aspects of home improvements, I would highly recommend them and more than happy to show off their workmanship if anybody requires it.

Cow boy firm couldn't build a sandcastle.
I didn't get what paid for a raj green drive but got a grey drive.
Took 12 months to finish my drive unsatisfactory.
Had to call them at every step. Workers would dissappear or not turn up.
Biggest liars on the planet telling me color would change. Still waiting.
Don't go anywhere near with Thermal Home Improvements.

SO i have utilised this company for many years. They have replaced my windows twice. Replaced my porch and remodelled the main bathroom. Currently have the upstairs toilet done and a gate built.

They are my go to company. Not the cheapest but the most reliable. The guys doing the work turn up when they say they will turn up normally about (8.30) and do a solid day being neat and tidy when they leave.

Dealt with Lee a number of times now. He is a businessman and a sales man but under all that I do believe he wants a win win situation

Being a customer of theirs for many years I have found the reliable, even when having to fix problems some time after the work was done, and it does happen.

So yes 10 out of 10

Just had these guys to supply and fit new front door and they have done a great job. I would highly recommend them . They turned up on time and worked all day without a break. I have already recommended them to my daughter and she will be in touch soon, and to a couple of neighbours who have asked for details. Nothing negative at all to say about these great guys. Thank you guys

This Liverpool company is TOXIC. They make promises then deny it. Lee Parry cannot be trusted. I strongly advise you to find another company.
