I wouldn't normally leave reviews, but The Revive Club have one of the best customer experiences I've ever encountered. They are providing a fantastic service to those in Europe who are interested in Heritage/American workwear fashion, and the lengths they go to, to ensure that the product is right for you, the sizing etc. is really brilliant.

I had back and forth conversations with the team before ordering a product based on their recommendations, and was delighted with the result. To top it off, the package arrived beautifully presented. Really shows that this is a company that cares about the products they sell, and the customer. Look forward to ordering from them again.

These guys, spearheaded by the ever helpful owner Jonathan, are representing the future of internet shopping if you ask me. Their site is personal, everything is handpicked, every item measured by the team themselves, they pack their shipments beautifully… I could go on and on. This is slow fashion in its best form, quality over quantity.

Things to consider: Items take a little bit longer for them to ship, and sometimes response times to emails can be longer than what you’ve grown accustomed to when shopping online, but this is simply because these guys want to get everything right. They are real humans doing real work, and personally I couldn’t care less if I need to wait two more days for a piece of clothing that I’m hopefully gonna wear for at least ten years.

I’ve shopped with them a couple of times and always been happy. I’ve had personal contact with Jonathan multiple times, and he’s always eager to help.

I’ve bought a Tela Genova Peacoat. Great quality and top delivery.

Ordered a second hand item. Paid 20 euros for quick shipping on a sunday and got it on tuesday. Pretty quick from Italy to the Netherlands. Well packaged, good shipping updates and nice checkout experience.

I have ordered several times from The Revive Club and have been impressed with the service and quick response time when I have contacted them. Jonathan is a real class act and many other sites/companies could learn a lot from his attention to detail and helping his customers have the best customer experience possible.

Honestly best online store from i have ever purchased.

Ordered a pair of Redwing boots that were hard to find in Australia. The Revive Club was prompt in sending communication and the boots were shipped fast. Item was received in perfect condition with no complaints.

I brought a piece which went on sale the next day. After the store contacted me to check I was ok with my order they followed up by offering a refund or gift card equal to the difference in price.

The Revived Club offers an inspired collection capturing the true spirit of classic utility and workwear. Everything I have ordered so far has been superb and of the highest quality. A smaller business which values quality and customer care. Highly recommended.

An overused term with reviews is "amazing", but in this case the word stands.
A number of reasons:
1. Went to use a promotional code for the site and it didn't work - emailed the store and it was fixed almost immediately.
2. After placing my order I got contacted to say that in relation to size I may want to go up one size, since on double checking the brand the shirt runs one size bigger before being initially washed. So changed my order form Medium to Large.
3. Order arrived promptly and was carefully wrapped and secured.
4. Product was incredible - clearly chosen and great quality.
This is a wonderful store that I will continue to purchase from. They carefully select their items and the service is amazing.
As I said, amazing - I'll be back. Thank you!
