Jacquie and her team are amazing, and I'm so glad I trusted what everyone has been saying about them. After a free phone consultation, Jacquie (who is so lovely, by the way) helped me find out what I needed and where my resume was lacking.

The turnaround was fast and efficient, and maybe I'm not sure how inflation works, but the price Justin left in one of the earlier reviews on here in 2022 was definitely not what I was charged. Their pricing is incredibly fair, especially after my old resume was getting me no interviews, and theirs had me employed on my third application.

Extremely helpful team with a really well thought out and practical approach. I had a seamless experience with help for selection criteria and interview practice. They were all very engaging, positive and friendly. They listened carefully, asked good questions and I found it easy to open up and share my work experience. I appreciated how timely their help was, the additional written feedback and post session follow up.

To the people reading this thinking if they should choose The Resume Writers to help with their next capability question, cover letter or resume - DO IT! Chloe, Marc and the team have been incredible, going above and beyond to help me with my job applications. Marc is very knowledgeable about capability questions and addressing focus questions. Even with the short deadlines, he maintained daily communication with me to make sure he had all the information needed to make sure my resume was excellent (I was the highest scored applicant for these sections). He has helped build my confidence in interviews with the over hour session asking interview style questions and giving me tips along the way to help structure my responses. I was very nervous before the interviews, but Marc was patient, reassured me by giving lots of helpful resources and practice questions. I will return in the future if I need The Resume Writers again.

They were very busy, so I ended up paying $671.55 for a phone consult and a quick draft, which was my own CV re-written on to a standard template.
Follow up correspondence simply ignored.

It was first and foremost quite nice to call a resume writing group who actually answered their phones. In my initial calls to some of the resume writing groups I struggled to get through to anyone. I had a number of queries, and was always able to chat to someone who was able to access my case and did not make me feel fussy for doing so. Really fabulous work by The Resume Writers on my application for an executive level 2 APS role. The process was made very straightforward and while I had some concerns about my experience not being reflected via the initial phone call, the questions they asked had me thinking during and thereafter the phone call about how to really a tell a stronger story and what constitutes "my narrative". I particularly like the ethos and the process which really aimed to make sure that I do not have to return and can complete edits in the future on my own. I was grateful for the faster turnaround to allow editing time before submission. The document has been much easier to update than the existing template I had in use for some time which I now identify was a hinderance to me in completing applications. I feel genuinely good about putting my application forward to the role that it was written for, and for future roles, and while I was worried about engaging a service like this, would be very happy to recommend this group to anyone looking for expert assistance and responsiveness.
