If you’re looking for authentic Caribbean flavors served with genuine heart, look no further. This place is an absolute gem!
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the biggest smile and a warm welcome that made me feel like family. The service here is incredibly fast, but they never compromise on that friendly, neighborhood feel.
Now, let’s talk about the food—it is nothing short of spectacular. I had the pepper steak, rice and peas, coleslaw and mac & cheese, and it was perfectly seasoned, tender, and packed with that deep, authentic spice you only get from someone who truly knows their way around a kitchen. The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and everything tasted incredibly fresh.
It’s rare to find a spot where the atmosphere is just as good as the menu, but these guys nail it. Amazing food and all served with a smile—I’ll definitely be a regular here. Highly recommended!

The food from Reggae Shack feels like it's been cooked with love and the result is amazing. The jerk chicken is melt in your mouth, rice and peas seasoned perfectly and the mac'n'cheese has does not disappoint either! Loved the packaging and the loyalty card is a nice touch.

This is the second time I have ordered from here and both times I have been extremely happy and full. Potion sizes are good and food is always hot and tasty. I can not complain, 2 thumbs and 2 big toes up!!! 😁

I love Reggae Shack. They are so good with customer service, attentive and went above and beyond to make sure that I knew what's happening with my order. We've eaten from here twice and both times the food has been reliably good quality, generous, and really well flavoured. It has a home made feel to it rather than the mass produced nonsense that you can get these days. Love it. My current favourite! An added bonus is that you can chat to the restaurant on WhatsApp so no coming against 'System Says No' automated messages for special requirements or questions if you need to speak to them :-)

The food is delicious! Love their jerk chicken, rice and peas, plantain and coleslaw! Portions are big too! Will definetely be a regular customer here. Will be trying the peppered steak next time. Lovely lady who owns it too!

Having been raised on Caribbean food my entire life, I think Reggae Shack's dishes are by far the best Caribbean takeout I've ever had. The flavors are incredible!

We've just finished our meal from Reggae Shack. OMG What an experience! Sublime flavours and generous portions. Not to mention the fruit punch. I could eat this every night.

Susie is a master in the kitchen. Local authentic Jamaican cuisine is a gap in my local food market that I have been waiting to be filled. Was thrilled when a flyer arrived for Reggae Shack. Great portions, mouthwateringly flavoursome and fantastic prices. The curried goat and jerk chicken... Yummmm. Making me salivate just writing this review. If you're in the SE12 and surrounding area, be sure to give Reggae Shack a try. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing food, full of flavour, the rice was beautifully fluffy and great portion size. The jerk chicken and curried goat was mouthwatering. Full of quality meat and no just bone like you get at some places. All tasted very fresh and no grease. Brilliant service throughout, very helpful and all with a smile. Will 100% be coming back.
