I really liked the meterials and the fabric used it is very comfortable

I used the size guide provided to filter by my shoe size (9.5) but the EU appears as 39.5, but this was not the case. After spending $200+ on shoes + shipping and the shoes do not fit, they are a size too small.
Thankfully the RealReal team is helping me with a shipping label so they can resell the shoes, but this does not guarantee I will receive the same amount or more than what I spent.

TERRIBLE experience.

I was sold a pair of glasses that are not what I originally purchased. The ones I received came with prescription lenses, which was never disclosed. When I reached out for help, I was not given any real assistance. It was only after I mentioned contacting my bank that the only solution offered was store credit.
It makes no sense to expect someone to accept store credit from a place that just sent them an incorrect item. I no longer trust this company and will not be using this website again.

I ordered a Burberry XL men’s trench coat, the coat I received was a 42 short trench coat that was not a Burberry I was extremely disappointed. It was sent back I hope they realize the description of the coat I wanted is not the coat they sent. I have severe reservation's about ever ordering anything again I expected much better

The order was improperly packed, and the bracelet arrived damaged

The size listed was completely misleading and since the item was a final sale, I’m stuck with it. I feel it reflects badly on the platform. It was my first purchase and I may not be back.

Regarding selling on Real Real, the commission for under 100 dollars is horrible. Additionally, two items were sent back to me stating there were holes when no holes were to be found anywhere on the garments. I had a second person check as well. I believe there was another reason and that was just a generic response which is not acceptable or helpful.

One of my items came quick the other took forever. I don’t like being charged for shipping and having it take a week and a half to two weeks.

Very prompt shipping times, took less than a week to ship and arrive, and the item was in great condition.

I got my items promptly. And there were as described.

As far as making life easy for shipping items in, TRR is great. However, the payouts are poor and confusing. Items that are just received sometimes receive immediate discounts without notification and payouts are very low especially for bags. There are still plenty of other options for resale that pay better. Also, the items that are returned are often mishandled and given reasons that do not make sense.

It was shipped timely and got here early. It also mentioned some residue on it when I ordered that could be seen in the photos. I was able to remove the residue within 10 minutes after receiving it, by using a dry brush. The leather wasn't damaged. It looks almost brand new. This was a great deal!

Shipping was quick and the product was exactly as described.

My purchase experience was wonderful -- the delivery was quick, the item was just what I wanted and I'll certainly purchase from The RealReal again.

However, I was sorely disappointed in the company's location in Dallas. The tiny store had almost no relevant stock for me and ONE Louis Vuitton item. Perhaps it would have more of a selection if more people were aware of it.
