The app logs out and without the pw saved creates friction in using the app. Also, when in the app it gets stuck and won’t load videos. The content in the app is great but these issues make it hard to use the app. These fixes need to be made

I've been using TRS on and off now for a couple of years. Have restarted my membership a couple of times and have stuck with it since the last because of how valuable the content is. However, there are still some features that I feel need to be updated for this app to truly be the best mobility app out there.
First, there needs to be a better "Mobility Plan" experience. Many other apps have streaks and use a calendar to help track the user's mobility workouts. The calendar/tracker should also be customizable for the user to choose what area they will be working on that day.
Second, it would be great to have background play available for these videos. If I'm exiting the app, we should be able to continue watching the video on a mini-player.
Third, having a 3D diagram that shows exactly what part of our muscle tissue is being affected when doing a mobility exercise. Dr. Kelly and other instructors usually point out what areas are going to be impacted by the stretch, but it would be great to have a visual of what exactly I'm working on through a 3D diagram.
Fourth, the iPad! This one's a biggy - the iPad needs a major update. First of all, the app should totally work in landscape and not force me to run the app in Portrait. The iPad can also hold more on the screen than the iPhone which would be great for things like the 3D diagram or some other tool. Another big issue is logging into the iPad when you're already logged in on the phone. The app starts to bug out and takes multiple attempts for me to finally log into the iPad if I'm already signed into the phone.
These are some of the issues I have with the app. Honestly if only the first point and fourth points were taken care of, I would give this app a 9/10. Hope this helps!

It wasn’t clear that TRS only addressed a small component of mobility. Whilst I agree that MFR is an important component to mobility, I was looking for exercises that improve mobility while muscles are under contraction.

Excellent back protocol. Solid physiology and nice transition from recovery to restore to prevention.

Excellent programme of releases with easy-to-follow videos and progressions and regressions according to your body.
I did find after 4 years that I knew what worked for me and what to do, such that I no longer needed the app.

Thought I had cancelled, pretty sure I did, still got billed. Was told by customer service no refund could be given. Cancelling needs to be easier.
Also the videos are not very helpful. A lot of movements call for weird, special equipment. Most of the movements amount to weird massage type techniques. Not compelling, and not something I want or need to do every day.

So far I am finding that the various routines are very effective in decreasing pain and increasing range of motion. We are traveling and have only been home for a week. I can't have all of the tools (rollers, lacrosse ball, etc.) with me all of the time so I am having a bit of trouble getting in a routine/flow. I currently have a tweaked hamstring which carries a fair amount of discomfort. I have found that I can do a few routines and make it through a round of golf. Interested to see as I heal if I can avoid these injuries in the future.

Endless videos. I love the filter to search for different body parts and time.
I was intimidated by 20-30 minute long videos but they go by so fast and there is so much knowledge packed in them.

I loved the App. I really liked the accountability in the timing and just letting myself get guided.
However, as a University student with no cash, I cannot pay subscriptions to everything. It is a great tool, which deserves to get cash, but I just don’t have it right now. Therefore I will not be purchasing it anytime soon, as I have the supple leopard at home. I also find it sad (but understandable) that there is no more Freemium. I remember with using gowod for a while, you could at least get the movement’s instruction videos unpersonalized.

The content is good but the app isn't. I can't reliably use it at the gym without it hanging up. It also makes me log in again almost every time. Even when I download a workout, I can't always get it to play.

I'm into my third year as a member and can't see myself without it. While I maybe haven't made the improvements I would have hoped I know the regular use has improved my day to day lifestyle.
I use the app every time i excessive either to warm up or cool down.
