I had such an amazing experience with Dr Samina A for my Botox treatment. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease, she is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring.

She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and explained everything clearly, which made me feel confident and reassured throughout the whole process. The treatment itself was quick and comfortable, and the results are absolutely fantastic natural, refreshed, and exactly what I was hoping for.

I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Dr Samina A has such a gentle approach and a real eye for detail. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering Botox or any aesthetic treatment. I’ll definitely be returning!

Unfortunately I realized I have not prepped for my laser hair appointment this afternoon. I’ve called TEN times to the Wimbledon branch to cancel my appointment- mainly for them to know, as I appreciate it’s too short notice to reschedule which is a shame (baby brain).
No one will answer the phone so I will just be a no show. Surely there’s a better way??

Terrible experience today, have food poisoning and on antibiotics. Called up to reschedule appointment after GP visit and told because it’s a subscription I only have 4 days to rebook or will lose my scheduled Botox. This is ridiculous and unfair. I will not be renewing my subscription

I recently visited the wigmore branch and saw dr Raisalla. My consultation felt rushed, she was in a hurry for me to leave unless I went ahead with a treatment. I suggested we split the appointments and do the Botox and polynucleotide treatment separately, she disagreed. My Botox was injected in the same place as the polynucleotide. I left the clinic with multiple injections cuts which bruised for several days. I came back for a check-up and dr Raisalla mistook the injection marks as pimples. I asked her to feel the texture of my skin and she did not. I asked her why the skin felt rough and she addressed my concern as ‘lumpy’ skin. I did not feel she listened. I received no reassurance from the check up or confidence to go back to the same Doctor. I am still waiting for my next appointment with a suitable injector for the remaining polynucleotide and Botox treatments but have not heard from Therapie front desk staff after emailing them about my experience more than a week ago. The calling centre offer a reasonable service given that they do not have much autonomy on who sees a client for follow-ups. That is up to the clinic. I am still waiting for the front desk at wigmore clinic to respond to my email.

My therapist was Niamh in Blackrock clinic and she's the best therapist I've gotten till now. She was extremely patient, considerate and accomodating. I had a ankle sprain so she was completely easy on me. I was also scared of the heat so she treated every shot individually and made sure i was comfortable after each one. I've now become loyal to her only after this experience. loved her so much.

I’ve been a client of Therapie since 2016. I have had appointments in various clinics (Cork, Kilkenny, Waterford, South William St) over the past 10 years and don’t have any issues with any of the therapists. The reason for the 1 star review is the very poor customer care from the “business” side; I’d an appointment for Clear n Brilliant cancelled same day by email and then the credit not returned to my account so I had to chase this up. I’ve had so many phone calls with agents who repeatedly put you on hold and have no respect for your time. I’ve been told “a manager will call you back” and a week later nobody has called. If you cancel within 48 hours you lose your treatment. That’s okay, that’s the policy. But they can cancel last minute (by email which you can easily miss) and no consequences, no apology.

I cancelled my last appointment. Turns out cancelling it meant losing the session altogether. I went to rebook and there was simply nothing there to book. The app never warned me. No pop-up when I tapped cancel, no email afterwards, nothing. I found out by trying.

Then I tried to talk to someone about it, which took longer than it should have, because there are no usable contact details in the app. I ended up Googling my way to a route in (to a call centre somewhere far away). Every answer that came back was the same no, with nothing to discuss.

What bothers me most is that when I first bought the package, I had to move two appointments because nobody had looked at the medication notes I'd filled in on my waiver (48 hours beforehand), and staff needed to check for interactions first. Fair enough, these things happen. I rearranged my week twice and didn't make a fuss about it.

So a little give in the other direction would have gone a long way.

None of this is about the treatments or the people doing them. It's the system around them. A warning at the moment you cancel, contact details you can actually find, and someone allowed to use a bit of judgement would have avoided the whole thing.

The service in Therapy Clinic Henry Street is first class . Staff are very helpful and friendly .

Communication with your practice is like a black hole. It is virtually impossible to get in touch by either email or telephone. No one answers the phone at any of your branches, and emails are often not answered until a week later. It is completely unreasonable.
I arranged to leave work early specifically for an appointment, yet I still have no confirmation that it is going ahead. I have spent two full days trying to contact them by phone and email without any success.
To make matters worse, the last time I needed an appointment, I had to come to the clinic in person because I simply could not reach anyone.
I have to say that the level of customer service is extremely poor. It should not be this difficult for patients to contact the practice or receive confirmation of an appointment.

Good customer service and staff were friendly

I have had several treatments here and had good experience. Medical lead, good value, long opening hours, app works well and high levels of service. Staff work very hard and I always find them professional and polite.

They wrongly discriminate against protected characteristics, make false marketing claims and are very slow to respond to questions

I am writing this review to warn others about the severe lack of customer service and logistics management at Thérapie Clinic.I ordered a product through them four weeks ago, and despite taking my money immediately, they have provided absolutely zero delivery tracking updates, dispatch emails, or communication.When the 30-day delivery window passed, I went directly into my local branch to resolve the issue. The staff there were completely unhelpful and refused to assist, claiming they have no visibility or control over web order logistics.Leaving a customer completely in the dark for a month with no product and no support is a direct breach of consumer standards. I still expect the immediate fulfillment of my physical items, alongside an official gesture of goodwill or partial refund for the massive delay and stressful experience.Do not order products from this company if you expect reliable delivery or accountable customer service.
