Hope you don’t need to ever return your order

Product didn’t work for my dog. No worries there. The problem is with their customer service. I have emailed them six times asking how to return an unopened box that they told me they would accept. This tells me everything I need to know about this company which makes me question if there is anything more than water in their product.

Things get worse!

Ha - I managed to get them to cancel the unwanted subscription and after a longish wait the product arrived.

However it isn't working - the light comes on so there is an electricity supply but it doesn't get warm so they have told me it is probably not activating properly. They asked me on Messenger to send a video of it not working (yes really) so I made a 22 sec video showing myself switching it on and off. However it is too big a file to send - even after compressing it. I have asked for a refund but suspect they won't want to do that.

From the minute I first sent the money and they made out that I had booked a subscription rather than just trying it I suspected there was something off about this. I am still waiting to be proved wrong.

Not heard any more for some days even though they said the product wasn't working. I think I've been scammed - it was bad enough having to buy from the USA but finding out the product was sent from China. Not sure if Trading Standards can do anything.

Customer service is non-existent

Customer service is non-existent! I have sent 3 emails & tried calling. No response.
I experienced an allergic reaction to the diffusers & need to return for refund. They PROMISE to refund. However, no info has ever been provided for me to return the product!

Doesn’t work and they sign up up for…

Doesn’t work and they sign up up for subscription at £50 a month unknowingly and don’t give you a refund or opportunity to send the items back !!! Multiple emails and months later and no response!

scared puppy

I purchased 2 diffusers for my puppy who was afraid the go from one room to other, after the medication the vet gave her didn't help. I put one at the corner of her area and the other by the kitchen door after a few days she was running back and forth between the rooms. So, now I have put the refills on auto shipment

Terrible experience with TheraPet cat diffusers and customer service

I ordered the TheraPet cat diffusers and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Also, their customer service is the worst!! Shortly after I plugged there diffusers in, I smelled a terrible smell, they felt hot to the touch, and I noticed they had leaked all over my hardwood floors. I immediately contacted customer service and they finally admitted that they think thediffuser refills they sent me are faulty. They claim to offer a 30 day money back guarantee, which has not been the case. I would advice not to waste your money on this product .

Works but questionable ingredients

So the diffuser seems to work, although I was worried about one of my cats who seemed « drugged » after sleeping close to the diffuser for one night. I honestly wonder what is inside because it also gave me a headache due to the strong unpleasant smell, itchy eyes and a stuffy nose. Unfortunately the legislation on ingredients is not as strict outside the UK and EU so difficult to trust the list and that the ingredients are safe. I now use the spray which seems less powerful. I never had this issue with Feliway.

Easy to shop

Easy to shop. Wonderful product. My dogs are a lot calmer. My Rottweiler and Cane Corso both unaltered females used to fight several times a day and now rarely fight. I recommend this to everyone I know with pets.

Ordered some cat diffusers

Ordered some cat diffusers. Haven’t received the item yet but noticed 2 things I was incorrectly charged for on my order.

I was charged $ 0.99 cents for shipping protection which I did not choose. Additionally, the website says there is free shipping for orders over $40 which my order was but I was charged $4.95 for shipping.

I’ve been trying to request a refund of $5.94 to be credited back to my credit card for these two items for this order.

I tried contacting the company via an online form they had, via email and via Facebook Messenger. All communications have gone unanswered.
