Easy to order having done some research, arrival a bit slower than I hoped but loved it once I started using it. I'd been ill and had lost my balance suddenly plus I had a really sore neck.

It's improved my wife's symptoms dramatically, especially her dizziness, this product really does what it says, directly targeting the Vegas nerve, so I would definitely recommend anyone who has neck and balance problems to invest in this wonderful product, it's definitely worth the money.

I think has helped with my PPPD

The device is identical to the first one I bought from another provider but the first one stopped working within 2 weeks, I got the impression having used the one purchased from you that the first one was a returned defective that had been resold, as I said earlier it was identical even in the same packaging. The one from you is still working but the heat level on 2 was too hot and my skin felt burnt so I don't use the heat feature. One of the EMS pads has become slightly detached from the pillow but it can be pushed back in and still works. Overall I can feel the effect of it and wilk continue to use it daily.

Finding it hard at times to change programmes.

This piece of equipment is demonstrably ineffective, it basically just vibrates and you can feel it doesn't have a therapeutic effect. Asked for money back, wouldn't give it. Gave a slight reduction. Last time I'm buying anything online.

I find it very relaxing & does give some relief from the pain.

The product is robust and light, which is good for portability. The things I found less appealing were;
1. I found it uncomfortable at the base of the skull just lying on it
2. The heating levels don't (in my opinion) give enough heat generally to the neck
3. The massage gives the neck a jolt when first activated - although level 1 is ok, but the higher levels really shake the fillings in my teeth.

Found it very helpful,pity there isn't more information about the neck machine.best position for use ,is to lie on the bed and you relax more comfortable. Has help alot.

I bought one and used it once before giving it to my Brother who really suffers with his neck. I really liked it and just the one time of use it really helped, so I bought another and its a godsend.

I use my TheraNeck every evening before bed. It's very relaxing and seems to ease my neck and shoulder stiffness. I've not had many morning headaches since I got it. Definitely recommend giving it a try.

Mainly a good experience but as I purchased the more expensive version I found the pricing confusing and reported this to customer services. I also thought it took a long time to be delivered. The device is good and seems to help my dizziness

Great product, certainly removes the tension in my neck muscles and leaves you feeling relaxed. Since I have spondylosis the TheraNeck has helped greatly especially when twisting my neck when “putting “ playing golf. Since I haven’t had an indication of going to be dizzy as yet I can’t say at this stage whether it’s due 100% to appliance. Would like a charger indicator on the side to say Recharge. If you’ve got neck issues give it try.

Have been using it for about 2 weeks now and very happy with results so far

It’s a great massager. Especially the muscle impulses and the heat. I get a good nights sleep after use 15 minutes before bed. I have chronic neck tightness and it helps. I don’t use it everyday. I would say that I use it around 2 - 3 times a week and it helps alleviate that neck tightness.

After using this machine a few times, I feel that it has helped improve my dizziness. The machine is well designed and seems to work effectively around the nerves and muscles in the neck.

If you suffer from long-term neck aches, tension, or dizziness, I would definitely recommend giving this machine a try. So far, I’ve been really pleased with the results.

Its not working the heater and not suitable for me my dr told me but they will not refund to me.
