Unprofessional, Unethical and Absolute Waste
I have been contacted by a lady with the name of Charlotte Malthby apparently a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Further Education, praising how professional they etc. She offered me an EFL Teaching position at RAF Telford. Despite it was short notice and I had to travel on the motorway I accepted the offer. She sent me the details etc. On the day of interview, I travelled from Birmingham to Telford College RAF, but there was no one there. I contacted the main college in Telford and spoke with this lady and explained the situation. She gave contact person in charge there. I called and sent message for several but they completely ignored me. I waited there in the car park for 45 minutes no one ever got back to me. Sadly, after completely wasting my whole day, making almost 7o miles, wasting money, time, effort and hope. I had to return back to Birmingham. Then, I contacted Charlotte and explained the situation, she also ignored me and till now she never felt responsible to explain to me that why she/they did that to me. This is utterly unacceptable and very unethical behaviour. I would never trust and recommend this low quality and selfish so-called recruitment agency to no one.
