This is the 4th bag I’ve bought from Property Of and always a wonderful experience! The customer service over Whatsapp was very quick and attentive (I had a question about import tariffs) and it made the experience of ordering via international shipping to Mexico where I live seamless. I love the backpack I ordered. It’s beautifully made and exactly as presented on the website, and (plus) it also arrived in delightful packaging, done with a personal touch made the whole experience feel more special. I stumbled into the Property Of shop in Amsterdam back in 2018! The guy that was working that day gave me a delightful cup of coffee and spent a lot of time chatting with me even though he knew I wasn't able to make a purchase because I was just backpacking through Europe! I never forgot how much I loved the hospitality, the phenomenal bags and the "Say Yes to New Adventures" vinyl in the front window! I signed up for emails and have waited patiently for the right time to purchase. I just started a new job and thought a Property Of backpack was the perfect reward! I especially liked the personalized card that came with the bag, and even the outside of the shipping package had a sweet note. Thank you SO much for being an amazing, conscious and incredibly thoughtful company! I'm ready for new adventures now!!! Cheers!

I have been buying bags from them for years and service is always always impeccable.

Backpack is great, but it appears as if the leather accents are bonded leather. This will not age nearly as well and had I known that, I don’t think I would have purchased.

I've ordered the Alex backpack a while ago. The backpack is of extremely good quality, and comes with an additional bag and name tag. Product fits the description and photos as shown on the website.

Apart from that, the customer service is excellent. When you don't provide a tag embroidery during the order process, you receive a personal email offering you a second chance to do so. Delivery was fast, the product had a personal thank you letter attached and additional questions are answered rapidly and with care.

I'd highly recommend this store if you ever find yourself looking for travel apparel that's both durable, practical and fancy looking.
