I had a great site visit with Ste on Sunday, he is a great communicator, always punctual and has never let me down. Over the period of a year I can vouch for him 100 percent as a trustworthy gentleman.
He knows the property game inside out and I will continue to learn with Ste.

Todays site visit provided great knowledge. Something i learnt was about concrete floors and how they require screeding which is self leveling in order to have flush flooring fitted that isnt carpet.

Great insight and that was only just a teaser. Great day with great knowledge taken on.

If zero stars were an option, that’s exactly what I would give.

Our experience with Ste Hamilton has been nothing but stress, delays, and empty promises. Communication has been appalling. Calls and messages are ignored for weeks, and when he does respond, it is always “I’ll look into it” or “I’ll get back to you next week” — which never happens.

We committed a large amount of money based on what we were told, and since then we have received no meaningful updates, no clear explanations, and no professional handling of the situation. Everything has been vague, evasive, and unstructured.

After this experience, we began researching further and found multiple concerning links between him and various companies, along with others reporting similar issues. This raises serious red flags and suggests a repeated pattern of poor conduct and broken commitments.

Steven has demonstrated extremely unprofessional communication skills and a complete lack of accountability. Nothing has been handled in a transparent or responsible way.

Based on our personal experience, I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with him to stay away and protect themselves. Proceed only with extreme caution.

Since joining the property circle in March 2025, I’ve had the best property education. I’ve learnt so much from every masterclass and online Zoom, and for the cost of joining I’ve received above and beyond what I ever expected. Ste’s knowledge is unreal. The people I’ve met are all amazing — everyone is supportive, helping and learning from one another. The Property Circle truly is a community.

The Property Circle is really like no other property educational platform. So much eduction, advice and support is on hand, direct from Ste himself.

I honestly think there is no better place to be when it comes to property and education other than with Ste.
