Amazing service and an amazing item for a bride. The Pretty Parcel team were really helpful and accommodating from the start (I made a slight mistake with the date required on the item and they were more than helpful). The Choora box has come out just as requested. Thank you.
I ordered a bridal box and the bridal chura box for my ceremonies next year. The customer service i have received is impeccable. From the initial communication to receiving the pieces has been a great experience. When i opened my package, i was elated. the boxes with the detailing of the customization look just unreal and so elegant. Thank you so much for putting the effort in designing them for me. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to get the boxes for their events or as a gift box to do so as they won't regret it!!!

I first messaged Anita when she launched TPP back in 2017 for my bridesmaids gifts and Chura box. I was so blown away by her service and attention to detail that I went on to purchase so much more, personalised hangers, mother of bride box, maid of honour box, Kurmai box, baby keepsakes and the list goes on!

I ordered a bridal box, karmai box, the kitchen prints, baubles and so much more from The Pretty Parcel and everything was all so amazing.
