Hmm, hard to place orders at first. I put post code in couldnt go further. Tried again with other postcodes, nope. Reported, they said yes they’ve spotted an issue (if not for me you’d not know) then said they’ve fixed it. Day later same thing.
Anyway placed order but six pound or so add on for delivery which is pricey considering not expensive item, meant on hand warmers it cost twenty five pound. Wow, and then item arrived earlier than expected but has a few marks on with pulled threads. Can’t leave review on website under product, so disappointing.

Gift didn't show up a month after the advised delivery date. Present Finder didn't respond to email enquiries.

Gift arrived on time. That is what the 1 star I am forced to give is for. I ordered grow your own prosecco kit for a secret santa gift. What was in box was so underwhelming....And contained red grape seeds, so not as described or fit for purpose. Also contained no compost to plant, so not everything you need as described. It looks like the phone numbers on the web site are fake, 1 is a mobile turned off and landline number does not seem to exist. There has been no reply to the email I sent. I truly recommend giving a wide berth to this company, because if you buy anything expensive and it is faulty, I don't believe there will be any comeback. Also there is no place to leave a review on their website, which I think says it all.

Super fast! Ordered 3 items Tuesday evening, delivered Thursday morning by 8.30am. All items as expected. Only quibble is postage costs seem a bit high, but in view of fast delivery - all good. Would use again.

I wanted to order the yoga 30 day challenge for my Dad, but I ended up with the vegan 30 day challenge. There was no way to distinguish between the two. I even tried emailing twice!

I sent the present straight to my Dad as I've been busy and saw him after his birthday. It was awful as I went vegan for Lent and seemed like I was throwing this in his face. He alwsys says I dont need to buy him presents. There was no way to return it all and rectify so late. It's just awful!

I won't buy from here again!

Best customer service I’ve ever had. There was a mix up with the courier and Aga couldn’t have been more helpful to get my package to me, an absolutely delightful person. I am so happy with the gifts, they are perfect. Such a good site to browse if you’re stuck for presents as well, definitely some hidden gems in it!

Absolutely appalling service!!!! 10 days for my gift to arrive for an apparent 1-2 day delivery service!!

Suppiers blamed along with Royal Mail.

The message on my gift said 'Happy Easter' so the clue was in the message, however, for my gift to arrive 7 days after Easter is totally unacceptable.

14 emails didn't hurry the order along, complete waste of time. Suppliers should not guarantee what they cannot fulfil!!! Very angry and very disappointed!!!

Found some original pressies for my teenage son.
However they need to change their delivery company DPD they are awful !

I ordered something fragile from them, which arrived inadequately packaged and broken. When I complained, with photos, they said I didn't have to return the damaged goods. Great. They also said they'd replace the order as soon as possible! Problem is, I'd already said I wanted a refund, not a replacement, which I pointed out. They ignored me - next I heard, it had been dispatched.

I'll be away for Christmas, and it probably won't come in time. When it eventually does, I'm going to be marking it Return to Sender. And I'll still be expecting a full refund. Terrible customer service.
