We were at first very enthusiastic about approaching The Original Pod® to acquire one of their products. Unfortunately we found ourselves later in the process quite disenchanted by the crucial flaws in their customer relations.
In short: great product but terrible service and communications with the sales manager in charge of France, Switzerland and Italy.
The lack of communication and organisation and the incompetence caused many delays, extra costs with the crane company and a lot of trouble that could have been easily avoided.
Each complaint addressed to the regional sales manager has either been followed up with silence, arrogance on his part or easy excuses.
-He, for instance, failed to acknowledge his responsibility when he sent the wrong blueprint for the pod to the installation team, or gave incomplete instructions for the setup.
-The project was delayed multiple times and the deadlines were ignored. When confronted with these facts, the aforementioned sales manager wouldn't work along with us and would decline any responsibility by blaming the original factory for his shortcomings - and never offered any kind of reassurance, guidance
or compensation. My initial trust in The Original Pod® headquarters was lost in the process as I was only left to deal with the Polish mandated factory, and the useless regional sales manager. Never any direct response from the company itself.
Additional costs I had to bear amounted to over 10% of the pod's cost and they never considered taking any responsibility.
Quite disappointed as the product itself deserves better middlemen.
