If you go for a self closing system,make sure you add soft closer to your order. Otherwise you end up like me looking at the door slamming against the door frame.How naive I was thinking surely the most expensive option will come with soft closer in it.When I called James I heard from him that people are normally aware of it and only because I’m not a trader/installer I made this mistake and assumed something. If this was the case website should only be allowed for a traders? Had to order separate soft closer and on the top of that pay extra to installers for removing door architrave and part of a skirting to be able to fit it. Website should be more customer friendly when ordering,more clear explanation for dumb people like me🤷

A great product and well thought out, Easy to construct if you have a degree in IKIA construction.

Brilliant space saving very well made pocket door frame

Been waiting all afternoon for delivery that was cancelled previous day due to driver sickness. Delivery company tracker gives no information except it's scheduled to be delivered and unable to contact anyone for information on the delivery, the number given goes to voice mail Contacted the Pocket Door company number and the person who
answered very unhelpful did not want to know.

Ordering and delivery very good.
Time frame for delivery and keeping up dated excellent.
Instructions for installation could be better.
Reason for 4 star rating due to instructions otherwise would be 5 stars.

While one of the items delivered was incorrect, they very quickly dealt with the issue at no extra cost.

Beautiful doors, obscured glass with oak veneer surround. Appear well made and were very well packaged for transportation. No damage in transit.
