After posting my initial review Phil called me on a wedensday and apologised for the lack of proactive communication but there had been a delay on getting in the thickness of plastic i'd ordered. He said he would confirm delivery time lines and email those. True to his word email arrived that day. Order sent out quickly and arrived today Thursday well packaged and as per the spec that I had sent so i'm very happy now. Which is why i've changed review from a 1 to a 4 star for the speedy resolution. Thank you Phil 😊

Made an order on 27th March which was due to be delivered on 7th April.

It didn't arrive so my wife used the bot to contact them, Gary sent us an email off the back of that so I shared the order details but he never responded to the emails. I Tried calling him and left a voicemail but he never attempted calling us back!

Sent an email and Felix responded saying they couldn't complete the order but didnt give any info as to why so I called the normal number and Dave advised it was because the machine couldn't cut the thickness ordered so asked if we could have it for half the thickness. This seemed to be fine so emailed Felix to agree to this and ask when it would be delivered. No response! So called again and Dave said he would speak to Felix when he was in and call me back (Friday 17th April) still not had any response back. The customer service is diabolical just no proactive communication and I feel fobbed off and that i have to do all the chasing, hoping posting this might actually get someone to pull their finger out because normal communication doesnt appear to work!

Quick service and easy to collect from Leeds

Having little experience of ordering replacement glazing for my oldish cold frame I was rather worried that I would get it all wrong and end up with the wrong size and holes drilled in the wrong places! I need not have worried as the team at Plastic People helped with advice whenever I asked a question. I am now in my 80s and appreciated this very much.

I’m so happy to have found this company. I wanted some tops for my living room furniture, sideboard, coffee table and lamp table. The website was easy to navigate to place my order and the cost was very reasonable. Communication was excellent and delivery exactly on time.
I’ve got exactly what I wanted. Tops that are safe and durable but look exactly like glass. I couldn’t be happier. A fabulous company I’m delighted to recommend.

Bought some cut to size 4mm polycarbonate panels, and they arrived on time and well packaged in excellent condition. I was kept updated on progress by the company, and the delivery guy very kindly helped me move them round the side of the house. ordering was straightforward, easy to enter the measurements and get the price.
My only issue is doublechecking the panels are still in place, they are so clear:)

Great Customer Service (Felix) and product excellent too - acrylic sheets cut perfectly to size to replace storm damaged barn windows . Next Day delivery (at £ 41..) didn't work - day late - not Plastic People's fault , DHL courier problem. Happily resolved by Felix of Customer Service. Plastic P highly recommended - good value too :) Peter
